I can not believe They literally charged me extra because I told them I wanted the carne bien picada for my baby that is 2 years old so that the does not choke then I ask the lady why she charged me extra she said because they gave me more meat which they did NOT. You can clearly see the receipt says bien picada not extra meat. Food tasted nothing like the original Atotonilco from 26th street. Salsa was all watered down NEVER AGAIN

I was very happy to know that one of my favorite taquerias was close to me, after moving to Melrose Park. After having enjoyed the delicious tacos from the other taquerias in Atotonilco, I can only say “What the hell happened here!!!” nothing to do with the flavor of the other Atotonilcos, the cooking of the shepherd's meat was very watery, as if it had needed to be cooked longer, and without flavor, not at all browned like the other Atotonilcos. I didn't like the Asada ones either, the meat had a strange flavor, nothing like the others, and the sauce was also flavorless and some were spicy and others weren't. Definitely when I want tacos from Atotonilco I'm going to have to go to the others, it's a shame because this one was very close to me. I hope they notice what they are doing wrong and make the corresponding changes. Why not cheap tacos and water?

Tacos were good - very full. They’re just a little pricey (about $5 per taco) but they were packed with meat - you could get probably 2 tacos out of 1.

The food is great, but the service needs a manager on site! I have been told that breakfast stops @ 11 or 1130am something 12 or I guess it depends on the employee that want to cook. And fyi the place opens @10am on Weekends So I guess if you like their breakfast get there as soon as they open because they might stop serving after 11 or 1130 or 12 or whatever service they feel like providing for the day.
