I have passed by this bakery countless times and finally stopped-in this morning to pick up some treats for some accounts for work. I was amazed by all the choices and great prices! I was not really sure what to do since there were no bags or boxes but the woman behind the counter was super friendly and helped "direct" me on what to do! I got EXCELLENT feedback on the baked goods I purchased and delivered and will definitely be back! The customer service was also excellent! Very friendly :)

The girl seems to be the one in charge, she is bad-tempered, she serves I don't know what her name is. I hope the owner changes people who serves better.

If you are looking for a king's bagel I recommend Azteca, Backery has the best. Freshly made and very soft with a very good flavor and they serve their clientele very well.

This place is upsetting! Cakes are going downhill. Customer service as well. Ordered a cake and looked horrible and plain. Specified what I wanted which was simple and they did what they wanted. I now know to go else where with people who care and put effort into it. Even the team that takes the orders seem bothered. Simply

I recently ordered birthday cake for my husband 40th birthday and it was pretty hard to order on phone since there is only one person who speaks English and also it took 1 hour to finish the call. After I got my cake, the base was wrong. I ordered for Chocolate and Vanilla dough but it was only Vanilla with strawberry filling, cake frosting had very bad coloring as it stained on adults and kids hands, face and didn't go away after multiple wash. Cake taste was good but I would recommend to do in-person order. When I called to let them know about the wrong order, they asked me to get the cake back for a credit. I told at least refund me some amount for the wrong cake and frosting, am not asking for full refund since we ate the cake but they hung up on me. I believe, they are not rude but have difficulty to understand because of language.

I have to be honest, but I was hesitant on ordering anything based on some of the reviews. I frequent here for many things and have always had a good experience. I'm glad I listened to my gut. This past weekend I picked up a cake for my moms 80th birthday and ordered a tres leches cake. Azteca did a great job on tthe decoration and the flavor was perfect. I purchased an 8" and it was double layered and I would say a decent 1-1/2" slice for 16 people. Thank you Azteca.

I really like this bakery and have been going there for pan dulce since I moved to the area about 5 years ago. I've noticed that the quality has been going down. On a couple occasions I've bought pan dulce that tasted salty. My most recent issue was with some ojos that I bought this past weekend. They were not thoroughly cooked and the top was gummy. I've also had this experience with ojos once or twice before. My other issue happened this past summer. I ordered a cake with chocolate filling, the girl wrote 'choco' instead of the full word and it was mistaken for coco, as in coconut. My cake had coconut filling instead of chocolate filling. We ate the cake because I didn't notice until we cut the cake at the party and it was too late by then to take it back. I went into the bakery a few days later for my usual bakery run and decided to mention it to the person at the register as an FYI. She questioned that I ordered correctly and basically said they don't make mistakes, that they will bake the cake as ordered... I didn't have the paper for the order with me as I wasn't really planning on saying anything, but I did think it was worth mentioning because I know people with coconut allergies. It was a strange experience for me and I hope it doesn't happen again.
