Every time I DoorDash the burrito it’s got the sauce on it and every single time I check “no sauce” , even saying it on the ticket. Please be more mindful 🙏🏼

Great 4 tacos for 5 bucks. Why don't I see tacos on the menu? Guess you just have to ask for them.
They dont know how to give drivers the right name for the orders ! And no one can even answer the phone UPDATE * Upon having to go fix the incorrect order myself. The Manager(lightskin latina) on duty very rude, no helpful what so ever, says its your fault and then continues to add more commentary when unnecessary and argue with you, when all i wanted was a remake of the food that I ordered for delivery and at that I went back with the incorrect food to pick up the correct food myself after paying almost $50 Gerrald on the hand was so nice and helpful and doubled checked with us about our order before we left ! He should be in-charge since he is able to recover an order gone bad and make it better unlike the one who is currently in charge. Hopefully you will change your attitude for the next guest to avoid this happening to you again :)

I went there yesterday, placed my order in the drive thru. The woman appeared confused and preoccupied and wanted to speed me through the order. She got it wrong when she repeated it back, I corrected her and I hoped she got it correct after. I ordered 1-Whopper w/cheese, everything & 1-Whopper w/cheese, no mayo and a large fry. I left without opening the wrappers since I saw there was 2-burgers and 1-fry, I thought I'd be OK. When I got home I saw I received the Whopper w/everything but it did not have mayo. The other was a double Whopper w/mayo, which I can't eat because of the Mayo and I never order a double Whopper but, I did pay for it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go right back since we had something to do. It's very disappointing that companies can't allow workers to do their job properly without expecting them to speed through everything and it's also sad that companies can't hire competent employees. I don't know if I'll ever go back to this location or others at this point.
