ari and chloe were so sweet and amazing! Ari greeted us so friendly and promptly. chloe was a very attentive server and ensured we had everything we needed! this was also probably one of the cleanest restaurants i’ve been to in a long time. none of the staff was just standing around they were all busy doing something! great job!!

We ordered a burger no cheese because of a dairy allergy and the receipt reflected this. We ordered correct. Unfortunately the burger came covered in cheese. We ordered for pick up and didn’t see this issue until we got home because nobody opened the boxes in front of us and we never thought that we would have to check and see if they followed our directions. Ordering through the Chili’s website also makes it virtually impossible to report when you have a problem so this person just didn’t eat their food and now we were out the money for that entire entrée. Completely wrong and unacceptable. Kind of a scam if you ask me. Charging people with no way for them to report problems with their order. I researched ways to reconcile this issue and they don’t even give you any info in the emails confirming the order. I had to legit google what to do and they claim there is some form to fill out. Ridiculous!! This alleged form they’ve come up with wouldn’t even open on my phone. All these hoops for the customer to jump through just to report a huge mistake in the takeout order. Just ridiculous. Very disappointing. I will say a male bartender took care of me while I was waiting for my order and his service was phenomenal. He was extremely kind and attentive and was the best part about my visit. I’ll never order takeout again from Chili’s but I may dine in. At least they could’ve fixed the issue in person.

Complained to the manager who did not care at all - “sometimes it takes time for food to cook” - wow thanks for explaining that, now I get it! See the cold, hastily assembled “food” in the photo - we will never spend money again with this restaurant (Streamwood Illinois location)

Great food but bad server! He so was ignoring me it seemed like, helping his other 3 tables is all, we were done eating for a half hour just sitting there waiting for him to come back. He walked past us a few times and didn’t say anything!! I finally asked the hostess for my check, and no containers for my leftovers! I won’t be back to this Chilis!!
I wish I could give this place zero stars for the service. Just a warning — this is a place to eat and get the hell out, not somewhere you can actually relax or hang out like a normal person would expect. I went out with a friend, we ordered a few drinks and some food in between. We weren’t loud, we didn’t make a mess, and we definitely weren’t drunk — soon after we finished eating, the waiter told us they wouldn’t serve us any more drinks. Apparently, we could order more food if we wanted, but no more drinks. Seriously, what? We asked why, and the server just repeated the same nonsense with zero explanation. Absolutely unacceptable. So we paid and left. And by the way, the place was half empty — it’s not like we were taking up anyone’s table.

5 stars go to our server, & our server alone on our Sat (10/11) visit to the Streamwood, IL! The food was ok I guess, a quality that one could easily find in the frozen food section of a local chain-grocery store! The prices suck badly, spent almost $100 for 3 people…1 Tex Mex bowl, 1 regular chicken crisper dinner, 1 pick-3 smokehouse combo & 3 fountain drinks. The Sprite flavor was very weak & the jalapeno/cheddar smoked sausage was junky & gristly. In short, I wasn’t looking for a high class dinner at a Chilli’s, but the food quality & prices are complete strangers in confusion, nothing at all the better way it used to be even in recent times!

Awesome staff every time we come here Yesterday it was packed! So our food took a while to arrive. I orders an extra ranch and received 2 extra cups. So that made up for the waiting time. Will definitely be coming back
