Never enough Protein but they go crazy with the toppings.

The reviews are real. It is Chipotle so the food has a standard but the portions or inconsistent and you can tell the employees don't care. Service is slow, messy, and not friendly. Depending when you go tables are dirty and the vibes are low.

Prices keep going up but the portions keep getting smaller. I’m paying more and still getting skimped on ingredients. It’s ridiculous. I used to love Chipotle but it’s just not worth it anymore. Plus the employees always seem to have an attitude who wants moody people serving their food. This was my last visit.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Due to my fondness for Chipotle, I’ve given this location so many chances, and they have failed me nearly every time. Avoid them at all costs— I truly don’t know how they stand the test of time. The final straw occurred today: I placed an order on the app for delivery. I ordered a chicken bowl with pretty much the works. I add a lot to my bowls. When it arrives, I open it to find a bowl of white rice and chicken. That’s it. And it’s also worth mentioning that the portion probably filled up 25% of my bowl. Not surprised in the slightest (because of their track record), but still incredibly annoyed, I took the issue to their support on the app thinking this would get resolved in an instant and they’d either credit me for the bowl or send me a new one. After going through the process, the thing offers me a free drink to compensate. Any attempts to further the conversation with this “bot” was cut off, as the app would not allow me to continue. I called the location, but can’t connect to an actual person. I’ll be going out of my way to use a separate Chipotle location from now on, and I advise others to do the same.
Little hot sauce please. Got a max one can get. More salad, nope-ignore. Mix of meat- huh, which one? Repeated three times. Very unhappy person serving us today.

Decided on picking Chipotle to eat on my way home last night through my mobile app. I have never been to this location so figured I’d give it a try.. oh man was that a huge mistake. Upon arrival, it took the employees a good amount of time to help me through the “Chipotlane” after making eye contact several times. Had ordered 2 bowls, one was supposed to include 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak, instead I received 1 full scoop of imagination. There was the tiniest bit of meat and also left out of queso (which we customers pay extra for). The other bowl included exactly what I had asked for but were small amounts and consisted of mostly rice. Not to mention the containers were supposed to have labels with my wife’s name and mine (which isn’t a big deal but thought I’d point out anyway) and was left out of napkins with utensils which is clearly an option on the app. Biggest chipotle disappointment ever, I’d rather drive the extra 10 min to the one I always go to.

Such little portions. I paid more for double chicken, less than a spoon full. Not a cheap place and less than half of the bowl is full.
This is probably honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too 😭need to be under new management.
