Smallest and coldest bowl I’ve ever had. The workers are nice but their scoops are tiny. You’re better off making the trip to another nearby one.

I'm hoping one day they make the steak really well. Every single visit is 10 pieces of steak fat chunks and nothing else. Please get this together.

We were happy when this location first opened. But our first visit on opening week found a store in disarray, disgusting mess, and outof ingredients. We had hoped that was just opening week jitters, but in the three times we went into there since, it has been the same disgusting, out of ingredient mess. And DO NOT do a web order here. Error filled, and massively short on quantity. Going to other locations further away when we need a fix. A real shame.

Lady with the glasses gave me the wrong order for a door dash pick up, then got mad when I told her it wasn't the right order. Took 20 total minutes to make 2 burritos. Then started slamming the food I to the bag. Now ima suffer the consequences as a door dasher for her incompetence and ignorance of not being capable of doing her job. At 330pm.

I ordered a barbacoa bowl. Asked for extra lettuce sour cream and cheese . They gave so Mike rice I wasn't even sure how that was humanly possible. Barely any of what i asked. I'm convinced when you order from Chipotle online that they read your directions are not like f that. Let's do the opposite.

I ordered Burrito Bowl this afternoon and this has been the same exact food that I've been ordering for a while now. I loved Burrito Bowl. Each portion of everything in Burrito Bowl was perfect to call it healthy but today was different 70% was White Rice! Some tiny pieces of chicken! Barely put the Romaine Lettuce! Really guys? Whoever made my Bowl for me needs more training and common sense. The whole reason why I order from Chipotle is to get healthy food! I am fine of waiting since Chipotle seems to have delayed deliveries but the food should be made right!
Never in my LIFE have I had a worse experience at a chipotle. Chipotlane is supposed to make the experience FASTER, but this location is obviously struggling in that department. We had two orders to pick up, nothing crazy both under the same name! But somehow that is impossible. We were handed the drink from the first order, but not the food and the employee at the window didn’t seem to understand that she hadn’t even given us one whole order yet. We told her it was fine if we had to come back around for the second order but multiple explanations of the fact that we had two orders failed to breech the caverns of her mind. Finally she hands us a bag of food and we expect it to be the first order… but it’s the second??? We then ask what happened to the food from the first order BECAUSE WE SAW HER HOLDING IT, and then she became confused AGAIN, and another employee came to the window to tell us that we were holding up the line and we should come in to get the food. WE ARE HOLDING UP THE LINE??? WE ARE??? ok fine. We go in and I tell the first girl (after waiting a while for the other people who have had to suffer at the hands of these chipotle employees) that we never got the food from the first order and she finally went and got it. It really was never that hard. I’d like to say I’m never coming back, but the chipotle that is second nearest to us is arguably worse. Thanks a lot!

The people who work there can never keep a happy straight face. Always frustrated and rude. I appreciate their hard work but the guest don’t feel welcomed. The owner should work on training their people more!
