Food was ok but the service was not the best, 1st one of the games needed and attendant but after talking to 3 people workers and 30 mins later, the game was never fixed. I let that go so I told my kids to get the price so we could leave BUT...after waiting over 10 mins, no one helped us out and finally one employee showed up I thought to help us but this little girl jumped in front of me and my kid and the employee helped her out. I stay cool for a few and once my kid knew what he wanted, I asked the employee if she could help us but she topd me to wait, i told her I was there before them and we just wanted to leave but she said that she was helping a kid and I had to wait. I told her my kid was with me and we were waiting for awhile but she gave an attitude and ignored us. I use to work here and we never did that to the guest. This place is not like before and I hate to say this since my kids love Chuck E but I will not return to this location.

Came by Wednesday for some dinner and games with the kids and they had a blast! Not to empty for the middle of the week but still able to play all the games.
Chuck E cheese pizza was delicious, we got a Large Pepperoni with medium size of boneless wings. Perfect for a family of 4 with young children. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk explained to us about the fun pass which ends up being worth it if you plan on going more than once! Different plan options with play points that reload everyday for you to use. Also discounts on food and extra play points for games if needed. The tables were clean and all the games seemed to be working with no out of service sign on them. Chuck e cheese comes out every so often for a dance party! Not our local Chuck e cheese but the kids loved it and will most likely be back!

A good place to spend time with children especially now that it is winter
Nice place. My son loved it. Wish they would have better prizes. But if you do not have enough tickets they offer you to pay 1 penny for extra ticket to get that next prize. That's nice. Some games did not work which was not good other than that it's nice place. I take my son every year for his birthday.
