Denied at the door for no adult. Me (17) and friends (18 & 17) just wanted to have a good time at the arcade because what are teens supposed to do? I drove myself and have a job I should not need an adult especially in Illinois when the age of consent is 17 years old. Horrible experience

It is a second summer in the raw, when we invested in the Summer Pass as it is SO WORTH it! The place is always clean and the machines always work. Great and caring personel. It is not too loud, so I can listen to a podcast or read a book, while my kids are entertained. Highly recommend this location, as I visited plenty of others and this one has the best management and staff!

My kids LOVE Chuckee E Cheese. The staff is always so friendly, the pizza is good, the bathrooms are always clean. We have the fun pass so we’re there a lot and I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad experience.

They did a remodel and it looks great in there. I wish they had an area for nursing mothers though

I finally returned to Chuck E. Cheese after 15 years, since my last in 2010 at the old Streamwood location, now at the new location in my local. I wanted to go somewhere different aside from many familiar restaurants for many years. I enjoyed now as an adult playing games, eating pizza, and meeting Chuck E. Cheese, and I got a few souvenirs. Childhood memories going to Chuck E. Cheese, and I’m now an adult has reunited going there. I’m coming back either to this location or Arlington Heights in the future, as I still have points in my Play Pass Card.

Best chuck e cheese in the general area. They recently remodeled and swapped out games for new ones. Sometimes, they are understaffed, so service takes a small hit.
Salad bar could use some kind of barrier, I've seen kids playing with the food. The pizza is good. Wings are decent.
