Got the food to take out. I ordered extra corn and potatoes.. they didn’t come, then the 3.5lb bag looked about 2lbs instead and it was missing the sausages, there was about 3 crawfish in the whole bag and a few crawfish claws. I’ve ate here dine in many times and never had any issues. When I called the hostess was rude but offered a refund on the missing potatoes and corn... won’t be ordering for take out again

Craving for some seafood in windy and rainy Chicago and this came up in my list. The food was really good, spices just right when we choose butter-garlic sauce and choose 2+1 lb shrimp special on a Monday night. The service could use some improvement for friendlier and more proactive service staff, some more napkins on the table and better, cheerful lighting and interiors indoors. Eating delicious food in bad lighting and dungeon-looking place was no fun.

Amazing delicious seafood boil! Way too much shrimp lol I was quite overwhelmed. The crab legs are huge! The graffiti art is pretty cool. I love the hand wash stations. They were really friendly & he noticed my boil wasn’t so lemony. So he offered lemon wedges & that helped! Thank you. I love the water to go cups. Can’t wait to come back but it is pricey but worth it!

Best of the best around town. Visit this spot at least 2 times a month.

Food was ok you have to pay for everything separately and the potato wasn’t cooked all the way along with the piece of sausage that we were given was a joke. I won’t come back

While very casual, for our family of 5, aged 19, 21, 23, and 2 adults, this is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is good and the service is good, but best of all, because you eat with your hands (albeit with provided gloves) you can not operate your phones during the meal. In other words, no one is able to be distracted with their phone while eating. We have really come to enjoy this aspect of eating here and while we all should stay off our phones elsewhere... we don't. Give it a try. You may love it like we do.

I ordered 1lb of whole shrimp. Not only it wasn’t fully cooked and felt like rubber, I got this garbage in my order (see photo)
And it’s happens all the time with these guys.
It was a pretty decent place 2 years ago, but last half a year it is a complete disgusting disaster. This place definitely is going to go bely up in a few years, if they keep on doing what they are doing.

The food here was delicious. My family got the crab boil with snow crab legs and shrimp. Everything was really good, even the corn stood out to me. Don’t miss out on the onion rings either! The only downside of our trip was that the service was so slow and we had to keep pulling people aside to get drink refillls and the check.

A whole BEETLE in the food. A LITERAL BEETLE BUG. Let’s start this off by saying me and my family have been coming to this location for a very long time. Pretty much since it opened. I’ve spent a lot of money in this place. So today I come in for my birthday. We order having a good time. Food comes. One shrimp in and look down there’s a fully cooked beetle in the food. I calmly call the waitress over let her know what’s going on. I get “idk you want another one?” What I want is the manager on duty. He comes to the table. Says “she said there was a bug?” I point down he says “I’m I mean I can like discount the food” I said bring me my check. No sorry from the manager. No way to make it right. Just disgusting. The level of unprofessional uncaring customer service in here with this management is scary. If you eat here CHECK YOUR FOOD. If I didn’t think that the waitress would’ve had to pay for the check I would’ve just walked out with his little 30% discount. DISGUSTING. Both the bug in the food and the attitude of the manager. Literal HEALTH HAZARD here. Had this would have been handled accordingly I wouldn’t have done this. Watch when you eat here. I definitely won’t be anymore.
