Do nottttt go to this location lmao. I placed an order online at 4:25pm and I got to the store around 4:45 when it said it’d be ready. I gave them my name was told it was gonna be another few minutes. I ended up waiting in the store for 40 minutes total. There were probably 12 other people waiting along with me for their orders as well, also for a ridiculous amount of time. After the long wait i was handed my food. I get home only to find out that they got my order wrong. I called to explain to them and was told they would DELIVER me the correct order for free of charge. An hour goes by and nothing. I called the location once again to get an update and was told my food was ready and “could come in to pick it up”. Ultimately I went back to the store, since I just wanted the food I paid for. My order was closer to what i asked for this time, but still not correct. At this point I was tired of dealing with the situation so I brought it home and we ate the food. WORSTTT restaurant experience of my life lololol. At least i know now to never go back to this location lmao.

Wanted to share this. I ordered online for a $9.99 deal for a pizza 🍕 but because I ordered too many toppings I was trying to be billed $33. When I called the place to try to correct my order I was told by the person who by the way says he was the manager, that the sauce and cheese were considered toppings and that was the reason it was that price! Do we kept talking he kept being rude so I cancel my order and 10 mins later I get a knock on the door and it’s the pizza!! To my surprise the delivery driver was awesome 😎!! I explained what had happened and she couldn’t even an answer to see what to do. So she called the GM and long story short she made me a happy customer!! Just want to thank her for treating me right! And no that was never my intention. We order from there a few times and never had a problem till yesterday. But be careful cause I guess now cheese and sauce are now considered a topping!!!

I ordered online on a slow Monday night and was given an estimate of 15 to 20 minutes. I showed up at exactly 17 minutes and they hadn't even started preparing my order. Again, not even busy. The pizzas also tend to be very bubbly at this location. I'm halfway between this location and the Hoffman Estates location, I'll be going there in the future.

Was being heavily tailgated by one of your drivers with license plate #728CIP between 7:52pm-7:57pm...dangerously close to the rear of my vehicle and I should've have flagged down a police officer for the sake and concern that the owners of this location are the causation of the driver needing to speed dangerously.
Your location has 10+ vehicles, there's never a need for your team to speed while driving, weaving in and out of traffic and nearly causing accidents just to serve pizza. I will happily share photos if requested of the driver in question and proof that not even a turn signal was being used while making the turn off of Schaumburg road onto Barrington Rd.
This is dangerous and unacceptable.
