Last time I ordered online it doubled the order, also did not receive my delivery for over 1 hr and 10 mins i live less than 2 miles away..this time I've been trying to order and it won't go through. Called the store sat on the phone for 10mins no answer. Called back sat on the phone for 15 mins. No answer. Called papa John's someone picked up the phone in 1 min...horrible service!!! This place does not care about there customers!!

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Going on 2 1/2 hrs for delivery. Pizza has been sitting in their store for 2 hours now. Been on hold with them over the phone for an hour now. Will not be ordering from Dominos anymore. Lesson learned not to tip drivers ahead of time or pay ahead of time.

Don't ever order here. Iv given this place so many chances. Im currently on hold waiting for my food. It said food would be ready in an hour. No problem. Its now been over 2 and a half hours. Been on hold for over 20 minutes. Don't waste your time. Every time I order their time they give will be 45 minutes and show up 1 and a half hour later at the earliest if your lucky and they think its funny

Do nottttt go to this location lmao. I placed an order online at 4:25pm and I got to the store around 4:45 when it said it’d be ready. I gave them my name was told it was gonna be another few minutes. I ended up waiting in the store for 40 minutes total. There were probably 12 other people waiting along with me for their orders as well, also for a ridiculous amount of time. After the long wait i was handed my food. I get home only to find out that they got my order wrong. I called to explain to them and was told they would DELIVER me the correct order for free of charge. An hour goes by and nothing. I called the location once again to get an update and was told my food was ready and “could come in to pick it up”. Ultimately I went back to the store, since I just wanted the food I paid for. My order was closer to what i asked for this time, but still not correct. At this point I was tired of dealing with the situation so I brought it home and we ate the food. WORSTTT restaurant experience of my life lololol. At least i know now to never go back to this location lmao.

Wanted to share this. I ordered online for a $9.99 deal for a pizza 🍕 but because I ordered too many toppings I was trying to be billed $33. When I called the place to try to correct my order I was told by the person who by the way says he was the manager, that the sauce and cheese were considered toppings and that was the reason it was that price! Do we kept talking he kept being rude so I cancel my order and 10 mins later I get a knock on the door and it’s the pizza!! To my surprise the delivery driver was awesome 😎!! I explained what had happened and she couldn’t even an answer to see what to do. So she called the GM and long story short she made me a happy customer!! Just want to thank her for treating me right! And no that was never my intention. We order from there a few times and never had a problem till yesterday. But be careful cause I guess now cheese and sauce are now considered a topping!!!
