This is the worst place ever The manager Brian Chavez has no business dealing with customers. Wife puts the order in at 750 8:10 says Brian is preparing pizza 845 pm No word so I call. Speak with Brian He says the driver is backed up and there is only 1 driver and it would be another 25 minutes So now it's 9:35 way past 25 minutes So I call again Brian says driver gave wrong food to a customer so now my pizza is just going in the oven at 935 pm according to Brian So I say can I have my wife just go get the pizza then since you guys taking forever He tells me Oh your pizza is on the way ... Which one is it ?? Is it going in the oven or on the way?? I tell BRIAN refund me the delivery charge He wanna offer bread bites. Smh Idc about no dam bread bites Got my kid up waiting for his pizza and at least they could have done was be HONEST I could have went and picked up my own pizza If BRIAN was honest about it, to top it off the driver wants to ask for a tip 🤣🫡 are you effin kidding me Smh. This is the worst location And i thought the hoffman location was bad . This one beats them by a long shot .

What a disaster! Super ball Sunday, we knew it's gonna be busy so we called to place the pick up order early. The guy who takes the order said 35 to 45 minutes ready for pickup - no problem. When we get there, we find a MAD HOUSE !!! Lots of people waiting to pick up their orders that were placed way before ours... When we asked how long for our order, they said "40 minutes, come back in 40 minutes". Again, it's understandable to be busy on the super ball Sunday, but be honest with your customers and let them know it's gonna be almost 2 hours, so we don't waste anyone's time! We ended up canceling the order that was placed over the phone at 5 pm and was NOT even in the oven at 6:30.... very disappointed!

I recently spent around $30 at Domino’s, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The pizza I received was clearly old and stale—there is no way it was made fresh. To make matters even worse, my order, which was supposed to be vegetarian, was topped with meat.
As a Muslim, consuming meat that is not prepared according to my religious requirements is a major sin and completely against my beliefs. This kind of mistake is not just careless; it is deeply disrespectful and unacceptable.
On top of that, the garlic bites were stale, cold, and completely inedible. I tried calling the store to address this issue, but no one answered, which made the situation even more frustrating.
As a student, I have a limited budget, and spending $30 on what turned out to be an inedible meal is unacceptable. I can’t afford to keep making purchases like this, only to be disappointed and left hungry.
I am extremely upset by the lack of care and respect shown in this order. I expect Domino’s to contact me directly to resolve this issue and to ensure such a mistake never happens again.
