Come here EVERY DAY! this morning, I pulled away after I paid for my cup of coffee and never took it my bad I was on talking on my phone also fist day after vacation little tired so I called and whoever answered the phone she told me that to come back I said I can't I'm now at work she then tells me that you should've realized it sooner I asked for her name..... She proceeds to hang the phone up on me I tried calling several times she will not answer the phone. I'm not happy and this is not the service I expect when I come here every single day of the week. I will be contacting the manager

I am obsessed with Dunkin Donuts!!! Their coffee is always hot and fresh, and their donuts are irresistible. The staff is friendly and efficient, making it a great spot to grab a quick breakfast or coffee on-the-go. Highly recommend their Cocoa Mocha Iced Signature Latte and Caramel Craze Iced Signature Latte. I personally love these Latte !! Enjoy 😊

The coffee was cold and wasn’t the correct order, the guy was about to let us go as well without the two donuts we had ordered. When we got the donut… it had mysterious browns specs in it… that doesn’t exactly inspire the best confidence in the quality of the food.

Unfortunately this has to be the WORST Dunkin around. Was here today ordered a large Carmel iced coffee, cream, liquid sugar and cold foam. Didn't even taste like they added Carmel, they forgot to add cold foam, I had to hand it back and ask for it. Once i stuck my straw in it and got a mouth full of granulated sugar, they forgot liquid sugar as well, who adds granulated sugar to iced coffee? By the pictures, you might think they forgot coffee as well. Do yourself a favor and head 5 minutes down the road to the one in Elgin on 19 by the pizza hut. You'll be happy you did. This Dunkin in Streamwood needs to do better.

I order a turkey egg and cheese and they put bacon on it I don’t eat pork this is something that can’t happen really disappointed tried to call them to resolve issue and they won’t pick up the phone terrible

I am shocked at the low ratings of this Dunkin' Donuts as I've always had a good experience here. The coffee has been great (except on one occasion) and the staff has always been friendly and service quick.
Recently, we ordered a large hot latte via mobile app, and it was burnt and bitter so we drove back to return it through drive-thru. The staff was apologetic about it and handled the situation so well that it made me feel bad for returning it. The girl who handed us our new latte was so kind, and noticed our dog in the car and offered her a pup cup. Our dog was beyond excited for it as it was her first pup cup ever!
The next morning, we placed a mobile order again and went through drive-thru, and the same worker remembered us and asked if we had our dog with us. It was such a sweet gesture and I wish I got her name because she deserves to be recognized for her great customer service and kindness!

The one on 7450 Irving park by little Caesars Pizza has to be the worst I've ever visited. Their always out of things, lose online orders, don't correctly make your order or have attitudes when it comes to customers.
I bought coffee and donuts and asked her for tap water and she is like i have to charge you for it. I am like charge for water? She like yes and she did. Such a shame who charges for water? First dunkin in 15 years who charged me for water.

This Dunkin is on my way to work and the last 4 times my order has been wrong or missing something. When I then go in to correct the order I’m either scolded or they try and gaslight me into thinking that’s what I told them in the drive thru. I will just go across the street and pay a little bit more at Starbucks because I know even if they mess up I won’t get given attitude and dirty looks.
