After we clocked out of work and had our fill of pints, the pubs would close in London and someone would always say “let’s go for a curry”… ah memories. India Foodie is just the place, the closest I have had to a traditional London curry shop in the Chicago area. No not fancy, yes you can sit and eat there. The food is fantastic. I take mine to go. Nothing like a great butter chicken to hit the spot and bring back the memories of running to catch the last tube to Kingston….....

I’ve been to many Indian food restaurants throughout the world in my many travels, I can say hands down this is my all time favorite place to come eat. I drive an hour out every time just come eat this delicious food that I can find this quality and flavor anywhere else. I love this place and highly recommend everyone come try this exceptional restaurant. And the staff is always friendly.

This little hole-in-the-wall restaurant has some of best India food, it’s creamy, flavorful, with sophisticated spice palette, plus generous portions.Definitely a secret find! Don’t tell to many people of this place, or all the hipster will found out. ?
