Amazing sub, Great experience at Jimmy John’s. The sandwiches were fresh, fast, and exactly how they should be. Staff was friendly, orders were accurate, and service was quick even during a busy time. Clean place, solid food, and consistently reliable. Will definitely be back.

I ordered three sandwiches through the online app, which gave a pick up time of 5:00 to 5:15 pm. I arrived at 5:10pm and was told the order wasn’t started yet. A staff member then called me to share they were out of roast beef. I got the food at 5:18 pm, which is not “freaky fast.” I sent a message to the company regarding my feedback, but I got no answer. I replied I would like a roast beef sandwich, which is what I ordered, but got no response.

I spend $60 on sandwiches and didn’t get what In wanted. Avoid this store.

Meet Kholia

Ordered a curbside pickup today. App said orders is ready but no one came out for 15 mins. I had to go in a pick up and when asked about my order, rep was on call for 5 more minutes. I gas to locate my order and pick up. What’s the point of giving option of curbside pickup if you’re not going to do it?

If there was a negative star rating I would give it. I called when our order was 20 minutes late for delivery. The manager said it was on its way they were busy and had one driver. At 35 minutes the food still wasn’t here and I called back. The manager stated the food was now on its way. I said so you lied before and in that amount of time I could have come and picked up the food like I offered. It’s 90 degrees out and I have a kid on a baseball field who needs to eat. No apology or anything. I asked for her name and she denied giving me her name and hung up on me. I called back and asked again and then asked for the Franchise owners name. She told me to go on the website and find it she was too busy. I am a business owner and if this person was my manager she would be fired for customer service like that.

Had their cold turkey sandwich which was good. Bread very soft. My favorite is the fudge chocolate brownie. I can't stop eating them. I need to stay away from them. Lol.

Ordered sub at 730p. Bread was hard as a rock and some white paper was stuck to bottom of bread. Employees obviously don't care so I won't be coming back here ever again!

They have shrunk the size of the serving while increasing prices dramatically. Just not worth it anymore in my opinion. There are better options available.

Ordered #4 later realizes it was ham the manager young kids medicine me and said I wasn't getting anything free. What how did the conversation turn to me wanting g something free. I informed him that I would call the corporate office due to his unprofessionalism. Is immature attitude, then started to turn in circles and grabbing his head screaming awe wee she going to call corporate and told me to get out.

I've been living in the Streamwood area for over 10 yrs+. Yesterday I ordered 2 sandwiches for my daughter & I to be delivered. I only received 1. I called to speak to the Manager who was very rude & said there wasn't anything he could do. I was so livid, i drove to the store to show him there was only 1 sandwich. He yelled at me to get out of his store. I called 911 because this guy was unworkable with customer service. Streamwood Cop said they won't refund me my missing sandwich. But they'll make me one. I took the deal only to get home with the original missing sandwich but my sandwich was no longer in the bag! I called the store again & the Manager again said there was nothing he could do. He is the worse! This guy should not be managing the store nor be servicing customers. He is unprofessional & extremely rude! I will no longer be ordering from this location because of this horrible experience and should be completely refunded for what i was put through!!

Bunch of cheapskates, every other jimmy johns is doing the original combo deal after 2pm and these guys aren’t, what a shady franchise owner and penny grabbing staff. Why is this being advertised if it isn’t at every restaurant?

Slow delivery, wrong orders.

Its sandwiches guys, not surgery. But $50 for a wrong order you get to hear me complain.

Plus 10 dollars for a tip and an hour late with the wrong order and missing sandwhich? Never leaving a tip on the app again, that's my bad.

Attitude from the guy answering the phones too. Apparently it's everyone else's fault but his and if you call them you're just making his day harder.

Excuse after excuse here.

Best part? When they brought me the missing sandwich... THAT WAS WRONG TOO!!!
