We never ordered. We thought it was a great idea to visit a classic. But now I remember why we STOPPED going. Always red tape with ordering, missing items, under cooked food. The reason we stopped by today was to order the fee bucket of chicken, We understood we had to make a purchase. But you have to buy so much that we would have to throw food away. Not a bargain or a great deal. Loved the chicken but not all the headaches of getting it. Do better KFC. This review goes for KFC corporate.

I had a great experience at KFC! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure my order was taken quickly and accurately. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the food came out – hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted just the way KFC should – crispy chicken, flavorful sides, and that signature seasoning. It's always a bonus when great service and great food come together. This was our second order here and and it was perfect. We live close to 2 locations in Roselle and Schaumburg and the food is bad, orders messed up, etc. Don't change Stream wood!!!! Nuggets are phenomenal. Fries great. Nothing greasy. Perfection.

I ordered a chicken tender meal. The guy was nice over the intercom but the food was horrible. My biscuit had a piece missing like someone bit it off and put the remaining in the box. Fries were hard, over cooked and nasty. The tenders taste like they been under a lamp for hours. My fruit punch no ice taste like red water wit a hint of dish towel.

Worst KFC I have had. Its difficult to describe. There was a thick layer of fat that wasn't done under the triple layer of flour. The flour on the crispy chicken was too thick so it wasn't cooked through and turned into a goo from the restaurant to my house. I live 12 minutes from the KFC.
