Always liked the steak bagel for breakfast, this particular one was not very good the bagel didn't taste fresh. Should have complained but didn't. In my opinion I rarely go to Macdonalds anymore because like everything these days it doesn't seem as good as in the past,quality has waned. This experience will not be sending me back any time soon!

I come to this McDonald’s routinely and I’m tired of getting old food. When I ask for well done hash browns I expect them to be well done. And no I do not want already cooked hash browns thrown back in the fryer. When I ask for 3 butters for my hotcakes I expect to get 3 butters. You guys need to step it the up. This is why the Taylor family McDonald’s are way batter than the bear family. You guys have no care or regard for your customers

Worst experience on customer service.
The manager is lacking with the ability to deliver her service. Looks like she didn’t undergo training in customer service.

Last night I ordered from the mobile app, but I tried to pick my order up to the store, they are closed. So, earlier I requested in the store if I can get my order now. She said, “She doesn’t know how to handle it”. Guess this is a call for the management about this case. Please don’t stick with incompetent people.

I did not like the service I got here recently. Made me wait for 15 minutes when I did a take out order and only one register was open. This is ridicious.

A young lady had me standing waiting to place my order. An completely ignored me. The lady doing drive window had to stop what she was doing to take my order. I understand it is difficult to work at a fast food place.4people in the restaurant.

Worst service in this location i used to do uber eats deliveries one they would take so long or if I would use the restroom the morning manager would get mad and tell me i wasted her time and not that my dad been there to buy he dont like the coffee from this location i guess they dont know how brew it

They take a long time to take the order and then they take a long time to deliver the food and the manager is very rude and has a bad attitude. If she doesn't like her job, why are she there?
