This place always mess up my orders. At the window of the drive thru they're asking what's my orders....really? They don't know? I mean c'mon this never happened at any other location besides this location. Wish there was another location closer.

No one was at the front when I got there, they missed half my order, the fries. Were cold when we told the lady our burger was very salty she did not want to give us another one.

I definitely don't recommend buying takeout from there. I wanted to give them another chance, so I ordered three identical combo meals through the drive-thru, and they gave me one that was incomplete, without the french fries.
And on two previous occasions they served me the wrong order, something is always missing.
They are not careful.

They Don't listen. Too many times I'll ask for no pickles and end up with EXTRA. Food is ALWAYS cold especially the burger patties and cheese. They simply dont care about you as a customer here. They literally will sale or anything. At one point ine of the short Hispanic managers (lady) added sugar to my sweet tea and shook around after telling her it watered down. Like seriously change the freaking bag and give me what i paid for NOT SUGAR WATER! Most of the girls have attitudes but the guys usually are pleasant. I really hope they get there act together because they are the worst mcdonald's in the area. Im literally traveling further away from home to go to other locations at this point

WORST place ever! They turn off their lights at 10pm to make sure costumers don’t come! Pulled up to drive thru at 10:14 and they ignored me for 10 min after that someone tired to take my order but I was tying this review! They don’t want to serve costumers!!!!!better going somewhere else

Ordered 2 burrito meal on Tuesday got to work found no hashbrown. Wednesday ordered bagel meal and informed lupe of missing hash brown on previous day. Lupe says they don't give free food and that if the hash brown was missing I should have called yesterday.... eventually reluctantly promo today's hashbrown. Never apologized and blamed me for her mistake. Read other reviews and seems like this location has a long history of charging for food but not putting it in the guests bag. I see owners apology for their teams mistakes on every review but same issue continues to happen. No accountability

Best French fries are here. Fresh, hot, salty, I was impressed because most McDonald's I go to have terrible fried. I got the Grinch special but it won't happen again because it was very expensive. 10 nuggets 1 fry 1 drink & a pair of Grinch socks for almost $20.00 Save your money
Regular stop, consistent service. Drive through moves at a good pace and staff are welcoming.

Assume they close 40 minutes early. App said they were closing at 12 am on Thursday 11/20. Waited at the drivethru for 20 minutes then circled around and tried to get anyone's attention inside. Gave up around 11:45 and went to the Wendys instead. They should just close early if they can't get a proper closing staff,not sure if I'll get my money back or if I wasted my points from the app

Had to wait for food which normally I don't mind, but when we received the food, the only thing that was fresh was the fries and the soft drinks. The cheeseburgers were cold and were wrong. Requested only no pickles and they took EVERYTHING off of them. The chicken nuggets I received seemed to have been cooked yesterday as they were cold and stale. I want to say it was because I ordered through the app, but regardless, the food should have been better prepared, especially if I was made to wait for it regardless. Overall, quite disappointed with tonight's results.
