I mostly use the drive thru, and the staff that work the drive thru for early lunch ae Amazing. A big shout out to Jerome, always a smile, friendly and courteous. I been eating there for many years and he has always calls me friend and that wonderful smile. Then there's Rosie, Efficient and friendly. BACK TO SCHOOL, She is as friendly and courteous. As she is cute as a button. Thank you all for making lunchtime worth my while.

I went to this mcdonald’s after work , i asked for a mcchicken , large fry , and coke with extra ice . When i got home i opened my mcchicken just to see no chicken patty , who in their right mind forgets a chicken patty in a mcchicken ? they are also very stingy with their fries , cannot believe this.🤬🤦🏼♀️

Someone needs to retrain or fire marisela bad attitude for no reason acts like she doesn’t like the place she’s working in I spoke to her nicely about a wrong order item and didn’t hesitate to respond in a negative manner so aggressively all I said was I got the wrong item and her response was “no I don’t have that order no we didn’t do a mistake no your not getting a refund due to you still receiving the other items” like ma’am what and once she saw she was in the wrong she didn’t even apologized not my fault you had a bad day or some

No sauce with my nuggets. Fries were cold and definitely not a normal basket amount. Wrong quarter pounder (extremely upsetting!!) no extra tartar on my fish. They messed up every single item on the order. I would strongly recommend eating elsewhere.

Store needs to be retrained. I always have issues at this one. Decided to order ubereats and I knew I should't of choose this location but I did. Ordered 3 breakfest sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and a big breakfest. Received NOT ONE breakfest sandwhich and zero of the 7 condiments I order. No silverware, no napkins. Don't even bother trying to call them either, phone just rings and eventually sends u to a full mailbox. It's no wonder they have such a terrible rating.
Staff is rude and ignore the customers instead would rather talk to their friends and you need to order from the kiosk… place is pretty dirty despite not many people eating inside and employees just chatting and standing around
