I give 5 stars to the food and atmosphere. The service needs improvement and only gets 2 stars.My wife and I have been there about 10 times now. Each time, the same thing happens with the service. They take our order, bring our food and then we don't see them again until it's time to get the bill. Even then, we have waited 10-15 mins after our meal is done for the server to come give us our bill. I don't know if this is because we are not drinkers and only drink pop so we are not paying for each drink so they pay us less attention.Again, we were there tonight. We ordered our drinks and food. We ordered some wings as an appetizer. By the time we finished our wings, my wife needed a refill on her drink. The server brought out our food and put it on the table in a very rushed way and said "Here you go guys" and turned and took off. I had ordered a turkey BLT and asked for a side of mayo. I saw right away, that I was given a regular BLT and no side of mayo. Plus, my wife needed a refill. We didn't even have time to say anything before the server was gone.I ended up not eating the sandwich, waiting for the server to come back. Never did. I had to share my pop with my wife since she was never given a refill and I just ate my fries and took the sandwich home, where I added my own turkey. Again, we waited a good 10 mins after the meal was done before we saw her again and asked for a box and the bill. Then all of a sudden, the bill was given, taken and given back in a flash.We have noticed that all the servers seem to float between the bar area and the dining room area. Maybe they should have the servers in a designated spot. We were in the bar area but we saw our server mostly in the dining room area. We have also had times we were there and needed refills or the bill or something and our server is just standing at the bar chatting instead of checking on tables.We will try to go a couple more times and see if it improves at all, but if not, then we will just exclusively go back to our normal bar and grill that we usually go to and just stay away from here. Which is a shame because the food is excellent.

Well us five retired butchers, went and tried another Sport Bar and grill, "Mickey's " on Barrington Rd in Streamwood IL. Great food and great service. We got there around 11am.Great prices and you get a lot for your money.Pizza was great, thin crust, plus they make their own. Wraps are very good. Hamburgers are good,too! And yes we're going back there next week. Tap beers and 24oz. Cans are thumbs up ?.Parking: Close to the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Got a double door front door, and everything is on ground level.

Stopped by Mickey's to try out their new 1/2 price pizzas on Wednesdays. We found out that the cooks started making handmade crusts which is where the deal sparked from. Mickey's always offers $4 tallboy Coors and Miller Lite. Inside is definitely a sports bar vibe with plenty of seating, large bar, darts, and Golden Tee machine. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. Staff hustles to take care of everyone and get items turned around. Captain and Diet was $6 and 16" cheese pizza was $9 for the special. Only drawback was the water does not taste good and we wished more liquor/food specials were offered.

We used to go to Mickeys all the time, after a while the servers were not very nice, food and check always took forever, often had to go up and ask for refills, so we stopped going. We recently went on a Saturday a few weeks ago and had the best waitress, Emily. She was the only waitress/bartender there. She had at least 7 tables with people at the bar as well and she did FANTASTIC. She checked on us regularly, our drinks were always filled, and she was super friendly. The food was great as well.
