We showed up 10 mins to closing wanting a smash burger, the equipment was already cleaned up but they accommodated us with a cheeseburger but with the fixings of the sm-brgr. Haven't had Sonic in a very long time and this made me remember why. It just wasn't very good. The burger was ok. The jalepeno poppers were overcooked, a few seconds longer in the fryer and they would have been burnt. I ordered a chili cheese dog and got chili cheese tots with cheese sauce that might have well been rubber.

Customer Service should be number one. Especially when the employees messed up by not caring about people’s order. The first time I came here and I wasn’t greeted at the drive thru. Male employee was very cold from the beginning and rude at the end when I explained nicely that I had ordered another item at the window. Had I not checked the receipt I wouldn’t have known. Just for him to him to say “that doesn’t matter” and shoo me away with two fingers. Very rude and disrespectful when a customer is letting them know nicely. I wanted to add another the item he didn’t hear, but the way he acted I just wanted to leave. Never coming back again. Do better. Manager was very nice when I spoke to him, I appreciated his effort 10/10 for management. 0/5 customer service from male employee at the drive thru.

Good location for a Sonic, you don't see many around anymore. I'd day it took about 15 minutes for my order which I didn't mind the wait but I know some people do. That was for two burgers and a drink. They have the best pebble ice. Cheap as heck if you have the app. It looks cool at night with all the lights and stuff. During the day looks lackluster but it is a parking lot. I think the drive in option is unique and fun, places don't really do that. My food came out warm and my drink had lots of delicious crunchy ice. Of course the food is just fine, nothing more than simple but it's good when you're hungry. The drinks are mainly why I go here anyways! Solid fast food stop.

18.00 and some change for a cheeseburger and two slushes. Burger was good. Slushes were GARBAGE!!! My blood orange with nerds tasted line sprite with smashed ice cubes and my girlfriends lemon cheery one was the same.
I get it if your machines don't work. THEN DONT CHARGE PEOPLE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND PASS OFF SHIT!!

Horrible service. Last night we went to this location and to start things off, as we were pulling in to the lot we were able to see an employee smoking in the outside area. Didn’t care at first but when we got our food, the burger was made incorrectly, the onion rings were burnt so bad they’re black AND they completely forgot the mozzarella sticks. After visiting the speaker to fix our order, when we got to the window, no one greeted us at the window or said sorry about their mistakes. While waiting we even witnessed another employee run across to street while they “couldn’t take order cause system malfunction”. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

My little girl and I were huge supporters of sonic until they gave us Molded food! I receive a smash burger with mold right on top! You would think it was no way possible they could’ve of missed it or just didn’t care because after returning it the Manager on duty Juan first told me there was no one to speak to, I asked for a card fo corporate he told me to “google it” smh I called the number after googling and spoke with someone whom told me they would make a claim number and should receive a call back smh that was 3weeks ago! No call no sorry I’m just lucky I or my kids didn’t eat that burger! Don’t go to Schaumburg location the drinks also taste as if they haven’t clean the soda machine and drive thru wait is 15min to hour long

All i got was a trick or treat vanilla blast and a wrap in the app, the wrap was good, but the blast wasn't even mixed, it was purely plain vanilla ice cream with the candy as a topping, i get that it was busy so these things take time, but at least mix the blast a little man! I used to work at sonic for over 3 1/2 years and it sucked! But i still mixed everyones blasts and shakes even if it was only me and a kitchen member during a rush and someone would order 4 mini blasts for their family, it sucks, but at least do your job...
Their iced coffee is always smooth and well balanced.

Do not go here unless you have time to kill. They dont park peoplein the drive thru, lines take forever, there is no effectiveness to not having an alternative other than people waiting in line for 5-10mins just for ice or drinks with only one other car in the drive thru. Ive just ended up leaving and going somewhere else multiple times. youre better of going someplace else that understands that fast in fast food and are considerate of the wait time.
