We showed up 10 mins to closing wanting a smash burger, the equipment was already cleaned up but they accommodated us with a cheeseburger but with the fixings of the sm-brgr. My food had hair in it on 12/4 I was told I would a call back from the store manager i didn't, I was told I would get a refund for the receipt I didn't 14 days later now I was told they will only receive the amount for the taters tots
Haven't had Sonic in a very long time and this made me remember why. It just wasn't very good. The burger was ok. The jalepeno poppers were overcooked, a few seconds longer in the fryer and they would have been burnt. I ordered a chili cheese dog and got chili cheese tots with cheese sauce that might have well been rubber.
