Came here for a business meeting. Loved the service. I have to mention a young man, Paul. He made the difference in my 5 Stars. Kudos to him.

Cashier messed up my coffee completely and looked like they didn’t understand anything that was going on and looked lost.

This Starbucks seriously needs a crash course in customer service. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I feel like I’m auditioning for Fast & Furious: Coffee Edition. God forbid I take an extra five seconds to decided, cue the sighs and annoyed energy from the headset.
And let’s talk about one particular guy who works there. I’m not trying to be mean, but… maybe a shower and ditching the handful of rings wouldn’t hurt? The whole look just screams “I don’t care,” and not in the cool, effortless way. He also has this habit of giving you a full-on stare down, followed by sarcastic jokes that, let’s be real, aren’t even remotely funny. If stand-up comedy is the dream, great! But maybe don’t test your material on caffeine-deprived strangers at 8 a.m.
To be fair, there are a couple of gems on the team—especially a lovely Black woman with curly hair who’s always kind, warm, and actually gets what “customer service” means. If the rest of the crew took notes from her, this place might start to feel like the Starbucks we all know, the one that’s supposed to “inspire and nurture the human spirit,” not stress it out and roast it with attitude.

Every time I come in to place an order they make me feel stupid for not knowing the menu. Even if I know what to order they neverrrrrr SMILE. As I observed how the treat other customers at the register it’s way different than how I get treated. The white bearded guy’s tone of voice is like you meannnn etc!?? Like okay yes :( it’s close to home I still need this spot. But 0 customer service good experience.

Horrible customer service. Went through the drive thru to order an olipop and asked for a venti cup of ice with a splash of half n half. The cashier didn’t know how to ring it up so she asked her manager who told me “we ain’t giving shit away” ?! Don’t they give free water/ice and half n half away every day????? The half n half sits out by the straws - literal free access to anyone who walks through the doors. But that’s besides the point. Who talks to customers like this? At Starbucks…in this economy?!?
Great place and service.

Paul, was our cashier. We walked in no one greeted us, then a white dude walked in they said hello to him and even waved at him, back to paul. Paul was very overly rude, almost rolling his eyes out, i was thinking his eyes were gonna get stuck that way. He was being very rude, I asked for my first drink, Strawberry Açaí trenta, i asked for another one and he said “trentaaa..” to me he looked racist and act racist. The white dude was behind us to get his order taken, took our order and we moved over to get our drinks, Paul talked to him normally. I would rate this place one. Drinks tasted good, had so much ice for a trenta. Like half the cup was ice. The customer service for me would be a 0. Sadly can’t rate that so generously they get a 1.

I ordered a venti and after waiting 15 minutes, they gave me a grande. When I pointed this out, the girl took my grande drink, poured it into a venti cup, AND JUST ADDED EXTRA ICE. Don't come here.

Just don’t go in.
People coming to work or sit are not welcomed. Drive up takes forever. And the attitude you get when you’re there to do some light work on the computer or phone is so unreal. If people don’t like to work there, go somewhere else. This one girl looked so miserable.
I sat there for about 15 minutes before miserable girl told me I had to order and before getting asked to purchase something per store/company policy.
I ended up purchasing something at the end but manager (man in glasses) rolled eyes when I was notified and didn’t move quick enough.
Other times I’ve been there, they raise the music up so high you can barely hear yourself think let alone hear anyone else talk.
They resell all the food. The only thing they make are the drinks and have of those are already premade.
At this point, we should look at supporting local coffee shops instead or continue to just make coffee at home.
People are wising up as to where to spend their money.
I know I will too.

Poor service
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years to study. I was there last week, sitting and about to order off the app which I usually do, and this man in glasses (who is a worker) comes up to me and starts telling me how he recognizes me and knows me and updates me on the store policy of buying something to be able to sit there and study. Mind you, I’m aware of this policy and I always order off the app even while I’m sitting in the store. It was very weird way to approach a customer and he was very very rude. It’s so sad because this Starbucks was a top study spot for me and was most convenient.

I rarely ever make reviews but this one is necessary. I spent over $40 on doordash for 2 drinks and 2 breakfast wraps and not only was the food order wrong and gross but the whi9te chocolate mochas were literally water with some coffee for color. I'm so disappointed and frustrated as I'm sick and stuck at home and was looking forward to this meal very much
Edit: starbucks owner.. it was the stores issue since it was the wrong food when the recipe clearly stated the correct order and the coffee being disgusting was also the stores responsibility... obviously. But ok. I'll contact door dash because they're the ones behind the counter putting the food together. 🫠
