Celina was completely unprofessional, and as a manager she was just awful.... Said they don't have change and I need to go get change and come back for my food which when then be cold.... While all the employees started laughing hope this place closes.... Avoid at all cost. Unprofessional people and horrid customer service. How do you not carry change and only take cards??? Sad!

I recently visited the Taco Bell location in my area, and overall, it was a decent experience. The food is good most of the time, delivering the classic flavors you'd expect from the brand. However, I did notice that there were instances where my order took longer than anticipated. Additionally, on a few occasions, I had to return because they either forgot an item or provided the wrong one. While these issues can be frustrating, I appreciate that the staff is generally friendly. If they can improve on order accuracy and speed, this location could be even better!

HORRIBLE!!!! I placed my order at the drive thru, then waited behind one other car at the window for almost 15 mins. I didn’t know what was going on, so I proceeded to reverse out of the drive thru and parked to go inside and get my order. The door was locked and I saw a couple employees inside, one had a tray of food and the other was pushing a mopping bucket. It was only 7:45pm on a Monday. Closing was supposed to be at 9:00 and the drive thru till 1:00am... unbelievable!!! 🤬
This place was great at start 1st time buying the 2 large nacho cheese fries and asked for fresh fries they delivered hot and fresh.
The next couple of times fries wasn't fresh.. today 12/27/2024 again I asked for fresh nacho cheese fries they made me wait 5mins thinking they were making it fresh trusted your employee to make it fresh but when I was halfway home I tried to get me a bite of fries wasn't event fresh it was soggy and cool to the touch..
I'm very disappointed at your employees who did not deliver and made me wait 5 mins.

By far the worst Taco Bell Ever! Taco Bell should take this franchise back from this management as this is just wrong to Taco Bell’s name. Potatoes over fried, chicken is overcooked. Worst experience ever! Don’t go here and go to Wendy’s across the street.
