I get it that I take longer but 3 employee came and tell Me Same that food is not ready I told them I got a go I can wait here but they won’t give me My food until I drive back. Celina was completely unprofessional, and as a manager she was just awful.... Said they don't have change and I need to go get change and come back for my food which when then be cold.... While all the employees started laughing hope this place closes.... Avoid at all cost. Unprofessional people and horrid customer service. How do you not carry change and only take cards??? Sad!

I recently visited the Taco Bell location in my area, and overall, it was a decent experience. The food is good most of the time, delivering the classic flavors you'd expect from the brand. However, I did notice that there were instances where my order took longer than anticipated. Additionally, on a few occasions, I had to return because they either forgot an item or provided the wrong one. While these issues can be frustrating, I appreciate that the staff is generally friendly. If they can improve on order accuracy and speed, this location could be even better!

HORRIBLE!!!! I placed my order at the drive thru, then waited behind one other car at the window for almost 15 mins. I didn’t know what was going on, so I proceeded to reverse out of the drive thru and parked to go inside and get my order. The door was locked and I saw a couple employees inside, one had a tray of food and the other was pushing a mopping bucket. It was only 7:45pm on a Monday. Closing was supposed to be at 9:00 and the drive thru till 1:00am... unbelievable!!! 🤬
