I ordered a whole meal, burger fries drink and all, and couldn’t get a single sauce because you guys charge 50 cents per sauce and I had no change. I would understand the charge if somebody was asking for extra, but charging for a single sauce after somebody buys a whole meal is crazy. I’m definitely not coming back here.

I went to go retrieve an order that was already messed up. I ordered Chicken nuggets a couple days ago and they were not in the bag. Today I went to go order and ask for the nuggets and they were very rude. I asked for ranch and I truly don’t know if they did it on purpose but supplied only bbq. Horrible service and engagement with customers. This wendy’s messes up more than any place I’ve been to. 0/10 experience.
My grandmother went there for her lunch and was waiting in line for over 20 mins. She asked the cashier to speak with the manager and the lady said yes but the manager for another 10 minutes for no where to be found. The line was extremely long and the employees are running back and forth making food for what I’m guessing was drive through and not showing one care to the customers who have been waiting. Super disappointed with my visit this time. Hopefully a new team for this location is coming soon!
