Got a 20 piece deal and this is the second time that our fries have been unseasoned and wings are lacking sauce. It seems like the fries they use were changed, or they are just not being cooked long enough.

Nothing wrong with the food. However no one was wearing a hair net and all employees had relatively long hair. One girl who’s hair was extremely long even in a pony tail was dangling over food as she was preparing it.

If you are insisting on Ordering from wing stop at least do it through door dash. Dordash own own up errors and at least attempts to reimburse. All i called about completely unseasoned fries and missing carrot order. It cost me me unnecessary streass, 30 minutes on the phone who had hard time speaking english (finally got manager on The phone). End result was if i can't provide name of person and exact time i called, they could not help me. I guess some fry seasoning and free carrot stick would gill them. Im not even complaining about the fact that fries are literally always cold unless you go pick them up yourself. Unfortunately my child is mildly obsessive about wing stop at the moment. :/ I'm praying for you all and good luck.
Oh yeah. And here i thought i was done. Apparently they managed to put i 2 identical orders under my name and were insisting on having to pay for both. Nah brah thats on yall. All you had to do is give me free carrots and some damn seasoning packets. Now entire order going in trash * 👏 slow clap*

Wingstop is great! The wings are tasty and crispy, and the fries are delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My order was ready fast and fresh. I’ll be coming back for sure!
This is a fantastic location. Food is cooked perfectly and delivered quickly. Put an order through Grubhub for a family get-together and our food arrived in a timely manner and was hot and delicious upon arrival. We were all left satisfied and content afterward and had to unbuckle our belts a few notches. Cheers!

The worst food I have ever eaten. The fries were unseasoned...not even salted. The wings looked and tasted awful. The soda was flat and tasted rotten. Service was awful. Overall, just a waste of time and money. Don't go here. Go literally anywhere else..

The host on that took my order on 4/18 Friday night was beyond unprofessional/ disrespectful. After taking my order and asked how long would my order take she replied 20min if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. I ask her if she talked to customer like the she walked away.
