I just got told to hold on a moment with absolutely nobody in the drive thru.. No biggie.. But i waited for at least 10 mins and still nobody took my order and there were no other cars in the drive thru. I'll never go there again. Wendy's for the WIN! 🏆

I usually get burger king when i work late fot me and my wife. And i have always been a loyal burger king person. Was a shame they shut it down in oglesby. But. The last 2 times i have ordered the staff at night act as if im interrupting there time. I sat in drive thrue for almoat 23 minutes. And not once did anyone come to say hey i apologize for the dust we’re making fresh whatever. Nothing. I ordered a bacon king and why wine fit the risky crispy bacon. I paid. And after the long wait. She handed us our food and said hey we dont have any bacon. After they already cooked the food. We got our food and i looked when we pulled away. She got a a olain royal crispy just the chicken. And i got a small burger. One patyy and 1 tomatoe. This is twice now. I will be contacting headquarters to see what kind of. I paid for food i never got and paid twoce the amount for food i dind not order. Kind of a shame. I like BK

Food was good! There was one employee working both front line and drive thru. She was friendly and hustling with a sense of urgency. It's to bad management didn't have more help. She is a terrific employee who deserves better.
Food isn’t horrible but management is. Went in today and the female manager was talking to all the staff like three year olds (“stand right here!”) and said “I already gave you that whopper so figure it out” to the poor little girl single-handedly packing all (DT, delivery, front end) orders and taking drive thru orders. Last time I went two women walked out on their jobs screaming obscenities! Completely uncomfortable atmosphere

When we went inside, we stood and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes and still nobody came and helped us, almost as if they were ignoring us. It took my Mom to shout “Hello” in order for someone to finally come to us to take our orders. When we got our food, everything was messed up. Don’t usually have any bad experiences at this Burger King but this is the first time

Out of everything all the time. No buffalo chicken wraps, no mozz sticks, can't replace fries for anything else even tho their fries are always nasty and not made right. Litterly the place might as well shut down since they're never open. Only good thing Abt this entire place is when u can use the play area ?

Worst breakfast in the entire chain. I travel the country for work and always get BK breakfast. I've given them different 4 chances now and it's always the same. Soggy, oil soaked, inedible biscuits. How is this location still in business??
