Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins

The last two times I have ordered, half the order was missing. Today they are out of eggs. Avoid.

DO NOT STOP HERE! Go somewhere else for coffee or doughnuts! They will over-charge $21.49 for a dozen donuts. RIDICULOUS! There are better places in town that have better tasting, better quality doughnuts for a much much lower price. I will NEVER NEVER buy from this restaurant again. I recommend you do the same, or even go to one of the 2 grocery stores behind it first. The rates they charge should rightfully put them out of business.

Price was a bit outrageous! It was over $16 for three single scoops of different ice cream flavors. Wow. We were hot and wanted some, otherwise we should have left.

Charged my elderly mother $47 for 18 doughnuts. I am beyond livid. 😡

I’ve visited your store multiple times and noticed you have posters for Lava Colada and Apple Pie, but they are never available. Please either remove the posters or ensure these items are actually in stock. It’s misleading and frustrating for regular customers.

I visited today around 1 PM for a regular coffee and had a very frustrating experience. There were only two employees working inside a couple who always provide great service, while two others were just standing outside. The drive-thru line was extremely slow, and I couldn’t exit due to no space. I got stuck and ended up being late for work. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s disappointing to see good staff overwhelmed while others do nothing. Just for one coffee I wasted 20 minutes. Please look into this issue. It’s affecting customer experience badly.

Lady was very rude everytime we go through dunkin in Streator we have a bad experience

Didn’t get my mobile order because his system didn’t print my receipt?? So where did my money go? Rushed me out of the drive thru for his timer, which I had to use because “I don’t open my door until 6.” New manager is a joke

The $6 meal deal is what I'll be getting for the foreseeable future from here. My one nitpick is that the egg is usually a bit dry, but they're like that elsewhere as well. The hash browns turn out well, and the coffees are always excellent. The current seasonal ones are incredible (peppermint hot chocolate is my recommendation for most people), and this location still serves the pumpkin flavors too. The new donut is incredible too.

This place is the worst! They are always out of something, they aren’t up to code with anything or check expiration on anything. I honestly don’t know why they haven’t been shut down yet. And their prices are not what they say. They put more milk in the drinks instead of coffee. They shouldn’t be aloud to be open honestly. You aren’t getting what you paid for I promise you that.

Honestly this was horrible. it says they’re open and i had placed an online order but no one is there, the doors are locked and the lights are on. As well as the mic is as on and you could hear it on the speakers.
