Lady was very rude everytime we go through dunkin in Streator we have a bad experience

Didn’t get my mobile order because his system didn’t print my receipt?? So where did my money go? Rushed me out of the drive thru for his timer, which I had to use because “I don’t open my door until 6.” New manager is a joke

The $6 meal deal is what I'll be getting for the foreseeable future from here. My one nitpick is that the egg is usually a bit dry, but they're like that elsewhere as well. The hash browns turn out well, and the coffees are always excellent. The current seasonal ones are incredible (peppermint hot chocolate is my recommendation for most people), and this location still serves the pumpkin flavors too. The new donut is incredible too.

This place is the worst! They are always out of something, they aren’t up to code with anything or check expiration on anything. I honestly don’t know why they haven’t been shut down yet. And their prices are not what they say. They put more milk in the drinks instead of coffee. They shouldn’t be aloud to be open honestly. You aren’t getting what you paid for I promise you that.

Honestly this was horrible. it says they’re open and i had placed an online order but no one is there, the doors are locked and the lights are on. As well as the mic is as on and you could hear it on the speakers.

Really a stupid store. Tried to apply here and it took them two weeks of running me around to them tell me they refused my application. They're short staffed, service is actually pretty horrible. Owners are

Horrible service. I ordered 4 drinks and the guy at the window was rude. Went back in because he gave me one of the drinks in a small when I had paid for a medium. I also wanted to get one of the drinks hot instead of iced. I told the girl in there and she replied with “uh” and turned around and grabbed the rude guy. He told me you ordered all iced drinks. I said ya my mistake I meant for this to be hot. Still charged me and was rude and didn’t care. So I spent over $30 on 4 drinks. Completely ridiculous. If you hate your job go work somewhere else.

Terrible business. The owners are rude as hell. They yell at you, talk over you, ignore you when you are asking a question. Ordered 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream and got charged 14.58. Owner refused to look at the receipt just kept saying I was not over charged. Owner was yelling at other staff as well as speaking in another language on the phone. (They rarely have all the options available for door dash orders also. )Calling your customers ignorant things in other languages is extremely childish, unprofessional and disrespectful. I don't care where you're from, you do not treat people like that. I've noticed other people of the same heritage act like they are above other people. Stop it. You're not. I won't shop here anymore.

Sometimes Dunkins' have charged for a cup of tap water, and I very much appreciate when they don't. Not only was the water for my pup free; it was in a giant cup and very much appreciated. Thank you!

Got here and doors were locked around noon we were told to go to the drive up. Never came into the building.

this place is run by two of the cheapest and worst owners. had mostly bad experiences even had the owner screaming at me for giving me a messed up order

Paid almost $5 for a pumpkin spice latte that tasted like tar. Shame on you!
