The kickin’ ranch at this location is clumpy and gross. I’ve ordered a few times and it doesn’t taste right and is clumpy. Other Jimmy John’s do not have this issue.

Oops… had to open the sandwich, get my phone out and zoom in…. Yes there is a TINY little flat skid mark of avocado. MADE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CARE or EFFORT. Don’t order delivery… if you must eat here I suggest you go in and personally make your own sandwich. Lord only knows what’s happening at this restaurant. ?

How do u deliver a sandwich and not knock on the door and just leave it on the ground. Some animal got into my food smfh that's why there a phone number to call or something called knocking. Bet I'm coming up there tomorrow to get my money back
Every single time I order from there I’m missing a portion of my order. Tonight they don’t close for another 15 minutes and the girl who answered the phone stated they are closing soon and could deliver the rest of my order tomorrow… ummm how does that feed my family TONIGHT? I told her this happens every single time I order from the Streator location. Her response “so what do you want me to do… do you want a credit?” Not “we will fix this problem” or “I’m so sorry, we will address this…”. Just attitude with no real solution for their professional performance. What a disappointment.

I don't know what's hard about making a sandwich but somehow they always mess it up.. The store was very dirty as well .. If you can avoid eating here I'd say you're probably better off.. Genuinely dissatisfied..
