Nobody is running the registers. All I wanted was an ice tea. Waited quite a while and couldn't get anyone to run a register and take an order. Finally some guy from the back shuffled over and took the order. If you are only going to have a drive thru, then lock the doors and put up a sign instead of wasting people's time!

Put order through DoorDash. waited over 30 minutes for dd to say it was ready for pickup. Order was accepted but when dasher got there they said no DoorDash till 12 pm. Why even accept my order ? Could’ve canceled it. Complete Waste of time on a Friday morning. I’m done with streator fast food anywhere you go over here is trash. Trash customer service.

The person taking orders at the window could not get my order correct at all. I had to tell him several times what I wanted an it was still wrong on the screen. After a long time ordering I got my order,looked in the bag and still wrong. Also the girl at the window taking money stuck her head out the window and vaped from her friends car!

Every time I go to this McDonald’s it is a terrible experience. Tonight in outside drive thru lane, 4 cars go through inside lane before they take my order that was already loaded mobile. Like every time I get asked to pull forward. Wait 10 minutes at spot now. Get food, get home and fry, chocolate milk, and ranch or missing. This happens everyone I go. Out of control.
Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly when they forget your child’s food almost every time. Then you get to explain to them why they didn’t get half their items yet again.

Went thru the drive-thru there last Sunday waited 10 mins to order with only 2 cars in front of me, then another 20 mins to get our order (3 mcdoubles and a fry) then they had all the wrong things on them. Worst McDonald's drive-thru ever!!!!!

i got the dulce de lechę but it was literally 90% ice and it wasn't blended up at all and the other 10% was a frappe

So I ordered food from there I wanted to try the new frappe as well as get lunch, they just had started serving it. When I got my food the drink wasn’t in there and my fries were ice cold you could tell they had been sitting there for forever, and so when I called them… the rude manager whom sounded young anyways decided to argue with me that I never ordered the drink even though it’s on my receipt that’s literally on my bag and as well as to blame the dasher for the food, but I’ve worked at McDonald’s for years and know what old fries look like. Not only that but right after hung up. I don’t suggest this place at all. Now I’m out money with a gross lunch for my kids as well I didn’t even get sauce for these dry nuggets. Do better.

I try to avoid this location for, even for a SINGLE ITEM order it takes at least 10 minutes. No matter the time of the day and no matter it’s not busy. I don’t know why even if the restaurant is not busy, they take LOOOONG to get your food.
