I recommend McDonald's should have rugs by the exiting doors so when people are mopping people don't slip like I did and got a hairline fracture on my shoulder and tore muscle in the arm and for the future call the customer that fell because I'm sure it's all on camera that you know that someone fell have the decency to call them and ask them if they're okay or if there's anything they need no one did that for me they don't care about their customers!!

They're usually very good but there are times they falter. Forgetting/getting orders wrong is common within a mcdonalds, but they do it quite often. Today we got breakfast and found an order ticket from a different order in my drink literally disintegrating

Most of the time, they do a great job. However, there are times when you go through the drive-through and get told to pull up, and then when they finally bring out the food, it's cold.
