The incompetence was real today. Driver didn't speak English and didn't know what he was doin or how to use his gps. 2 phone calls and 2 hours later they showed up n just gave me free cold food. 😆 Management needs to get it together.

I called in personal pan with Italian sausage and diet Dr Pepper. Vincent told me it would be about $10. I reminded him of the lunch special . So he said wait a minute. So he re rang as lunch special.
Went to the drive thru gal came took money and gave me the diet Dr Pepper said pizza would be out in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later still wasn’t there. Got on the phone to see what was happening and they finally brought the pizza out.
Also asked for lunch special menu they don’t have one. I know that is wrong because I was in the store last Friday and they had all kinds of them by the register. Wasn’t to happy with the service.

The salad and breadsticks were good. The pizza was prepared correctly and cooked well but lacked flavor. Dine in has no option for fountain drinks. The bathroom was in dire need of cleaning. The salt shaker was sticky. The server was friendly and efficient.

The chicken was hard. The dine in remodel is horrible. The furniture is very hard and uncomfortable. It was 1000% better before the remodel. They need fountain drinks back!

Now don't get me wrong but I've dined inn my far share of pizza joints??♂️? but its just something about this local one location in the town of Ottawa at makes you wanna always come back for second....
Kid-friendliness: I felt like My kids had a ball & the hospitality and positive energy from the employees had me feel rite at house!! Lol & not to mention it but they definitely keep to pizza rolling & stayed fresh?

You need to lower your prices. 55$ for a medium pizza and bread sticks is a little crazy.
They just tryed to charge me. 55$ for a medium pizza, bread sticks and wings.. Domino's has a 7$ menu.

This would be a 5 star pizza place if they actually stayed open until the time on shown on Google. We tried to order online as we do every Saturday at 10:30PM and they were closed! So we called our local pizza hut and were redirected to a call center in India instead of the actual store location. I hung up. Eyes rolling. Do better!!!! Love the pizza. Awful experience tonight!
