Waitress was standoffish. I come in on a Sunday, to get a few donuts, and a catch a tone of impatience in her voice. Nobody has time or energy for that. Subtle, but still unprofessional.
Steve's products are great, but Steve should post on the door when the bakery will be closed for holidays. He also should give notice when his products are going up in price.
