I called late at night. I had been drinking and told the person on the phone that. I said “I’m a little tipsy so i didn’t drive because im being Responsible but I’m walking through the drive through” and he said “that sounds like a you problem” and then he hung up.
Whoever this guy is he clearly hates his life and he shouldn’t be working here. Very rude and not considerate. I pray his life gets better and he isn’t so angry and so rude. All i wanted was some Taco Bell. If you’re reading this, I recommend finding God and mediating. I’m not sure what’s going on with your life that’s causing you to be a peepee head to customers but I truly hope It gets better. I know you’re a good person but cmon man. Do better. I think you need a hug. If you want one i will give one to you but stop being so angry. Life is short just be happy and serve other people. This is the key to being happy. I hope stuff gets better for you. I love you. Bye

Nichole and Nick are horrible “ managers”! Someone not being on time is not a customers problem! PERIOD! Not getting an order right and then not answering the phone, not a customers problem! The poor young girl that took my order was absolutely great, if they would have let her do her job and not over talk her!

Liv did a wonderful job at confirming my pick up order at the window and making sure I had everything I needed for my bag, the cooks make my food perfect! I have not one complaint! Good job team Pontiac!
Well since Taco Bell Streator doesn’t have their own Facebook page I shall post here. Tonight Taco Bell Streator was on point with their food. Everything was so good! Also the staff that I saw working there tonight was some staff I’ve never seen before and they were super friendly! Well done! I have never had a bad experience at our Taco Bell. But something was just different about tonight their staff made a positive impact on my day.
I have to say that the gentleman in the drive thru should be training people in drive thru's everywhere. If there were a drive thru training school- this man should be in charge. He was hands down the most patient, courteous and delightful person working in a fast food restaurant on the planet. I'm not kidding, he was genuinely happy that we were there. The best experience ever. I'm sorry that I didn't catch his name to share it publicly.
