This 318 reminds me of a restaurant in downtown Chicago that has big windows so you can see the whole road and sidewalk out front. Window seating is very underrated. They take great advantage of that. Sometimes I’ll go in and order a carry out, just chill and drink a soda and watch the cars go by on Main Street til my food’s ready. Amazing. Fried in beef tallow. There is a noticeable difference between using beef tallow and oils, no lingering gross grease taste. Warmed up amazing in the air fryer. The ranch is thick ranch but the buffalo ranch is perfect.
