Tonight was my first experience at the bullpen and unfortunately it wasn’t the best. Everything started out great, good environment, kind and good service from the bartender (unfortunately forgot to get her name.) Myself and a decent sized group of friends came in to have dinner and drinks, and mainly see Victor play live music.

The Bullpen is a friendly neighborhood restaurant that serves great food at decent prices. Guests can expect personable service and generous portions. The menu features a mix of Asian, Mexican, and traditional BBQ and grilled options, including a special of New York strip, shrimp, asparagus, baked potato, and salad. Fried chicken is a popular choice, cooked to perfection and served with a variety of sides. The restaurant offers up to 13 draft beers on tap, the most in town, and also provides beer flights. The 4 piece chicken dinner offers excellent value with a wide selection of sides, and the side salad is fresh and different from typical iceberg lettuce. Deep fried chicken with its salty crust is highly recommended. Overall, The Bullpen is a great spot for a satisfying meal with a great beer selection.
