I ordered food tonight and when they gave it to me it was cold. Asked to have it remade and the manager argued with me so I asked for a refund, manager proceeded to slam the window and finally remade the food that I really don’t want at this point. When she brought me back the food I asked her for her name as she was not wearing a name tag, and she told me she wasn’t going to give her name. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s again.

Unbelievably rude staff. No sense of urgency to get customers their food in an efficient manner. They act like junior high schoolers in there. There were flies buzzing all around and it was quite filthy. Their grease basin outside is overflowing and visible to customers in the Drive-Thru. Someone needs to call the health department and get this $h1t hole shut down once and for all! Maybe that will wipe the smug looks off the rotten employees faces & humble down their condescending attitudes ?

Went through the drive thru and ordered the new Cinnabon bowl. Not only was it fresh but the service was amazing. I’ll be sure to grab one again soon ?

New building, greeted by a worker asking to take our order from across the room. Ordered diet Coke it was severely watered down and tasted like it was sitting for awhile with absolutely no carbonation. Food was mediocre at best. Wife's order was incorrect. This place is new and needs a lot of help.
