This is the Streator IL. Wendys im refrencing. Foods was great, service is mediocar at best, no smiles, pre ordering with the app is a waste of time. Even if the establishment is empty; they never start your food until you arrive. Atmosphere is the equivalent of a tiny Bus station. Along with the dirty looks from staff, self sevice kiosks and nearly no seating, i don't feel like I'm exaggerating when I call this establishment, "Bus Stop Shiek", at best. Also...

Since undergoing new management, they've vastly improved the quality and professionalism Wendy's should have. Staff is friendly and patient. Food has been quality each visit since.

This was our first time eating at this location. Food was fresh and delicious. I had an issue with my mobile order. The manager was helpful and friendly. I was very happy with the way things were handled. In the end, it was a mistake with the mobile app order, not the store. The manager made all the difference between having a bad experience and a good one. Thank you!
