I am hoping that this poor review calls the attention to the correct member of management. The manager of this location is dangerously unaware of the staff and their behavior. Tonight, a mother of small children was accused of drunk driving and child endangerment because of the use of a sanitation wipe to clean a phone after using Apple Pay. Inexcusable, unprofessional, and incredibly hurtful. Here’s a tip, maybe focus on calling the police to turn in CEO assassins and not moms during cold and flu season. McDonald’s from now on.

This restaurant and its staff unequivocally harassed my wife. When addressed with local management, our complaint was met with incompetence and apologies for being unaware their staff was so ignorant and hurtful. I will never return, nor to any Culver’s location ever again. Unbelievably unacceptable and reprehensible.
I would rather eat a pack of AA batteries and get an MRI than deal with the horrible employees at this location.

Great staff, helpful, fast, and the food is really good, but if you're asking for sauces, they don't give you a lot, so ask for a specific amount.

They have really good burgers, and the flavor of the day for custard is always good. One minor thing that's more directed at corporate than this location is that I wish the app better differentiated between pick up to eat out of the building and order ahead to eat in. McDonalds makes it a little clearer in their app.

Great burgers and fries! Concrete mixers are great when they're not melted. Do they have a cold surface to keep them on when making multiple ice cream items?
There are always a few kids who know what they are doing and give great service, but many of them do not seem to be customer focused.
Can easily be a 5-star review with a few minor changes.
