Every experience I’ve had there has beg fantastic. The star is always so polite and courteous. Food always great. If they ever (rarely) make a mistake it’s fixed immediately without issue.

Where can I start. This evening was by far my worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any fast food employee. The place was busy, which seemed to be due To a fundraiser which I fully understand. Drive thru missed some food on my pregnant wife’s order so I went in to inquire about the remainder. That is when HALEY at the front literally ripped the receipt out of my hand. To the point that I even had to confirm what just happened with another worker who witnessed the whole thing. It was so fast she left me a paper cut. She then proceeded to stare me up and down. Not sure what she was trying to accomplish with that nonsense. At this point I was ready to make a scene, but given there was a ton of kids I went with better judgement. I want it known I have been a patron at this location since opening, but I have never felt so belittled by an employee in my life. I was literally wearing a Santa Hat, being a nice person. I truly hope this is addressed as I will no longer be patronizing. But others don’t need to be subject to that disrespect. It should not be tolerated in any establishment. I truly hope HALEY gets talked to. I’d be more than happy to provide further info if needed.

Stopped in for some cold ice cream enjoyed our time while we were there clean restaurant very helpful staff and friendly. Always enjoy when staff treats you respectfully and understands that you are a paying customer Great place to go if that's what you're looking for.

Trish helped my husband and I place our order tonight and we have to say, she has amazing energy and was so sweet! (I’m the one with the pink hair 😊) She made asked questions to make sure she had our order right. Just an all around gem!
