Great burgers and fries! Concrete mixers are great when they're not melted. Do they have a cold surface to keep them on when making multiple ice cream items?
There are always a few kids who know what they are doing and give great service, but many of them do not seem to be customer focused.
Can easily be a 5-star review with a few minor changes.
Unprofessional employees more worried about talking with their friends rather than take orders.

Drive-through service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for a simple chocolate malt that never came out. I had to go in and find out that they missed it or forgot it.

I’ve eaten at this Culver’s several times. The staff is always super nice and it’s very clean. Bathroom is clean and there is a changing table for babies. They have plenty of high chairs and even put packets of cleaning wipes on each high chair for costumers to use. I always order salad and the veggies are fresh and not wilted at all. A lot of other fast food places have less than fresh salads. They also have diet root beer in the fountain machine which I rarely see. I would definitely recommend.
