I am hoping that this poor review calls the attention to the correct member of management. The manager of this location is dangerously unaware of the staff and their behavior. Tonight, a mother of small children was accused of drunk driving and child endangerment because of the use of a sanitation wipe to clean a phone after using Apple Pay. Inexcusable, unprofessional, and incredibly hurtful. Here’s a tip, maybe focus on calling the police to turn in CEO assassins and not moms during cold and flu season. McDonald’s from now on.

This restaurant and its staff unequivocally harassed my wife. When addressed with local management, our complaint was met with incompetence and apologies for being unaware their staff was so ignorant and hurtful. I will never return, nor to any Culver’s location ever again. Unbelievably unacceptable and reprehensible.
