The Indian lady who takes the drive thru orders needs to get her ears professionally cleaned. She's shouting in the microphone which is wild to begin with. Then she can never get the order correct:
Me: Medium hot coffee w/ cream and sugar Her: Medium iced coffee?
Me: Medium dragonfruit refresher, less ice Her: Medium dragonfruit refresher, no ice?
There will be a new Starbucks opening across the street from this Dunkin by summer and Dunkin is going to be toast once it opens.

Placed order for an iced coffee with a reasonable amount of ice. Other locations fill up halfway regularly for this order. But instead, pulled around and got pure ice. It was a literal block of ice. Small traces of coffee, which skewed the flavor of the drink in the end. Overall poor experience with service and coffee quality. Tends to run off from quantity over quality.
Terrible service. Rushed me through my order and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong with ordering when they messed it up. I was treated like crap when I told them my order was not complete.

This is THE WORST Dunkin hands down. A couple times I’ve been there I always order the same thing :LESS ICE coconut matcha and every.single.time they give me 95% ice for $8. Im literally crying how bad I feel scammed yall. In the picture I took 2 sips and guess what half Large cup is gone. Staff is not friendly. As many times as I am in the area I always drag my feet going there and most likely won’t be coming back or recommending it to anyone. This is so sad. Do better Dunkin.
