Not a great experience at the Sugar Grove Dunkin’. The staff was rude and didn’t say a word to me, and my sandwich came out cold. Definitely expected better—won’t be going back to this location anytime soon. I'm paying you money, you can say hello.

More often than not, drinks are either not stirred or do not contain any cream or sweetener despite mobile ordering ahead of time at this specific location. Mobile ordering takes the guesswork out of the drive thru conversation and negates any chances for misinterpretation of the order. I started coming to this location regularly back in April of 2024 when we moved our office to Sugar Grove, got coffee or tea every weekday for a few months, it was a 50/50 shot it would come how I ordered it. End of August, I stopped going to this location and changed my entire route into work just so I wouldn't have to stop at this Sugar Grove location and I started going to the Dunkin on Eldamain and rt34 in Plano(inside GasNWash).
Now that I live in Sugar Grove, the Plano location is out of the way, and I tried Sugar grove location again today, 9/18/25, low and behold, no cream or sweetener in the coffee...
It would appear to me that at this point I'd be better off going across the street to the Starbucks, paying a dollar more for the same thing, and receiving it mixed, and with the cream and sweetener I ordered it with.

They charged me twice for my coffee and tried to call and correct but their phone number does not work and my CC company wants to send me a new card to report the charge when they just overcharged me. Don’t answer to get it fixed and too far to drive back out there!

Ordered a mango pineapple refresher with green tea and they gave me just green tea. Also I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and got a sausage egg and cheese croissant.
Grabbed ham cheese sliders on my lunch yesterday, I have not stopped throwing up. The sliders were the only thing I ate.

Worst Dunkin in the area. The generic 5 star reviews are from other Indians affiliated with the owners.
The Indian lady who takes the drive thru orders needs to get her ears professionally cleaned. She's shouting in the microphone which is wild to begin with. Then she can never get the order correct:
Me: Medium hot coffee w/ cream and sugar Her: Medium iced coffee?
Me: Medium dragonfruit refresher, less ice Her: Medium dragonfruit refresher, no ice?
There will be a new Starbucks opening across the street from this Dunkin by summer and Dunkin is going to be toast once it opens.
