Best pizza in the entire area.

This is one of the last authentic pizza spots I’ve found in the North Aurora/Sugar Grove immediate vicinity. It’s got lunch specials on a big sign in the front window. It’s got the wood frame screen door that slams. Buffalo chicken sandwich with fresh mozzarella 🔥 Italian Beef with hot G 🔥 If your from “back-east” you’ll know. It’s small, it personal, it’s delicious. It’s the ambiance of great food. None of that chain, franchise, big corporate bs.

Where's Waldo

Nice staff, short wait, but unfortunately the pizza was very bland and little sauce.

The delivery driver in a grey Jeep passed a school bus and cars ON THE SHOULDER, on Eldermain Rd!! This is seriously dangerous and will be reported to the police!!!

The monster pizza is by far a must when we order for work lunches. 2 of them feeds 20 with leftovers for other shifts.

Have to say its my 1st time there past it many of times .That being said the pizza is not good at all its a pree made crust the dough was soggy no good undercarriage and no flavor .I guess if it's late , your drinking and nothing else around it might do but not for me . And if your going to have a Sicilian sign on the door you should know how to make a pie .

Cool Bears

Why would this evil company do this 😭

I love the food and service at Genoa’s in Sugar Grove. But I can’t eat most of their foods anymore (I developed diabetes). I can still eat their salads, but all Genoa’s salads come with a bunch of ingredients I cannot or will not eat!

It would be an absolute dream come true if Genoa’s would create a build-your-own salad item on their menu. It would help my wallet to not pay full price for a salad with half the ingredients, and it may increase sales for your salads, since you can charge a little more for separate ingredients then you could for a fixed-price salad.

Pros: Super friendly, helpful staff to order from; excellent flavor to pizza ingredients; special requests were honored right on

Cons: The regular thin crust is quite terrible. It was so tough, even their cutter didn't cut through it completely. And they were horribly chintzy with the cheese. One of the pizzas was half cheese only, and it was basically sauce, that awful crust, and some vague hint at cheese. The ingredients on the sausage pizza were above average in flavor; but it's a pizza, so it should have some cheese on it. Particularly when we had to basically only eat the tops because of the inedibility of the crust.

Take-away: May order again with an instruction to make the crust very thin and to actually, you know, put cheese on the pizza, because the sauce and ingredients were quite good.

Pizza is good. The slices are what I usually get. I don’t know about the actual pizza the square slices they use but the slices you get from 11 AM to 2 PM are the shit and it’s convenient for me since I go to waubonsee down the road from here.
