Usually don’t like to leave negative reviews but I placed a mobile order and waited almost 40 MINUTES in line for my sandwich. I’m sorry but that is just ridiculous. I wish I was exaggerating. That’s the longest I’ve ever waited in a drive thru- if I didn’t already pay I would have just pulled out of line.

Delivery was extremely slow ... For some reason using Uber eats. Normally 15 mins to get an order. Took 45 with Uber.... Not sure when that happened.......

I get Jimmy John’s about once a week but this was only my second time at this location. I got home with my sandwich and the bread was so hard that I could knock on it so loud my dogs literally thought that someone was at the front door. I didn’t have the energy to go back, but given I paid $12 for a sandwhich and some chips it was disappointing that I couldn’t eat it. This bread was very clearly several days old… I’ve never had an experience like this before at any other JJ’s locations. I will say the gentleman in the drive through window was so nice, which is why I gave this location 2 stars instead of 1. Had I decided to drive 15 minutes back, I’m sure he would’ve made it right but I didn’t have the time.

Dear Jimmy John's Franchise Owners:

Please instruct your employees to use the little push buttons on the lids to indicate which drink is which. Ordered 2 Cokes and a Diet. Have no idea which drink is which since the drive up window employee couldn't be bothered to tap the buttons that say Cola, Diet or Other on my lids.

I ordered through DoorDash at approx. 11:20 am, had my order placed to be delivered between 11:50 and 12:10 pm, order was confirmed, it’s now 12:38 and I haven’t heard a word about my order. All I get from DoorDash is that you guys handle your own deliveries. This is a little ridiculous considering I’m only 2.5 miles from the restaurant, it shouldn’t take this long
