Food is alright standard McDonald's but service is really quick I ordered and in about 20 seconds my food was ready. The atmosphere is pretty good a little quiet with music playing in the background.

Night and day contrast to the McDonalds in Elburn, which is terrible, we ordered for 5 people through the drive through and it was all correct and ready right at the window. extremely efficient and polite. keep up the good work 👏

BEST MCDONALD’S OUT THERE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TO DIE FOR I ONCE SPILLED FRIES AND ASKED IF I COULD CLEAN IT UP AND THEY OFFERED TO DO IT FOR ME AND GAVE ME MORE FRIES FOR THE ONES I SPILLED 6⭐️

I created a mobile order pick up through the drive-thru I received email confirmation as well as confirmation through the app. My daughter went to pick it up. When she arrived home with the order we realized we were given entirely the wrong order. Once I called the store and was transferred to a manager he decided to tell me repetitively he was unable to find the order and all the different steps he had to do in order to help me, which makes absolutely no difference to me, I am the customer. He said he was unable to provide me a replacement order because it was 10:31 a.m. and breakfast was over!
He continuously spoke over me. His customer service could not have been crappier.
It's a shame this location is so proud that it is locally owned and operated. That's an embarrassment to the store!

I wasn't asked if my order was for here or to go, and I ate my dinner on a to go bag. There was also a female manager who was loud and bossy. She was raising her voice at a younger male employee, mentioning how if he wanted a break, she shouldn't have been late. She was also yelling at him to do this and go get that. It was very distracting for me and the other customers when we are trying to eat, and we have to look up every 5-10 minutes because she was really raising her voice telling her employees what to do or arguing with them.

As many McDonald's as I have been to and that's quite a few I have never had such great service hot food let me Express hot food it was exactly what I ordered and came out in a nice timely manner great job to this team

Rude manager made coments about how i orded, also then he didnt ask if i wanted sauce and i forgot then i asked and he made some rude coments about how he cant charge me for them so he doesnt have to give them to me after i sed i would pay for them
I filed a complaint to the owner online before writing this. On 6/12/24 just before 8:00 am my son called this location to see if he could order a lunch item during breakfast hours (we don’t get fast food a lot) and don’t know the menu. My son got hung up on. He called once more thinking it was a mistake and asked the same employee if he could order a lunch item and the employee cussed at him to stop calling and hung up on him. I ended up calling the employee after he hung up again and asked him if he could just answer the question and let him know he swore at an 11 year old. I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. McDonald’s will stay in business no matter how bad the service is but I figured I’d let people know that some of the workers there are down right mean. If they can treat a kid that way I don’t ever want to go there again.
Stopped for two ice coffees running two a soccer game. The coffee was horrible but had no time to turn around. Once the game was over we returned in hopes of having our drinks refreshed.
When returning the full cups of ice coffee we explained the situation to a gentleman who was ready to help us. Unfortunately the manager Zoe walked up without greeting us and asked what the problem was. We shared that the young man was assisting us, but rudely she asked for a receipt. We weren’t giving a receipt but had the order in our app she said she needed to see the the receipt. We showed her the app with the receipt and she began to explain their previous individuals visiting tried “this and that.” What Zoe the manager didn’t realize is what previous customers do or have done is no concern of ours.
Once we presented her with the receipt she never apologized or said thank you.
If this is the manager, she needs to go back to compliance training for bias training, effective communication training and customer service training.
As an HR Business Partner, I can tell you first hand her approach is if professional and a legal filing in waiting.
