I’m vegan and ordered the elphaba drink promoting the wicked film since it’s dairy-free. I asked if they could make it since it’s not a stand-alone store and they said yes they just didn’t have the sprinkles. No problem! I get the drink and it looks right but when I drink it feels a lot fattier than I’m used to. A few minutes later, my stomach is hurting and I’m burping like crazy. I google it to find out that sure enough I’m lactose intolerant now and they used dairy in my drink. Ugh.

Not sure what happened. There’s never anyone here anymore barely. Came in at 10am stood in line, watched them make drinks and then they told me they were closed. That is kind of ridiculous. Used to love this starbucks! but now they are constantly closed and open at random points in the day.

The service at this location was very quick. They immediately took my order and my drink was ready in less than two minutes. The employees were courteous and friendly. The shop was clean and well organized. The coffee was great! I would come here again.
My iced latte was made well! They were unble to prepare hot drinks and out of espresso. Hopefully that isn't a normal occurence for them.
