Sadly the NO service made me turn right around and walk out. My husband and I walked in and a girl came out she never greeted us we stood there by the counter. A young man came out and said nothing to us either. I almost asked them to let me know when they were ready to take my order . We turned around and went elsewhere. Don’t believe in giving my hard earned money to not even be acknowledged, not to mention the tip jar you see! Jimmy John’s is way better anyways!

It's the 4th of July,I just ordered from Sugar Grove Subway and had a horrible experience, the older lady working is awful I ordered 3 footlongs,one wasn't correct, I called into the store and told them she told me that wasn't true because she made them,so she said bring them back and I said if I do and it's wrong will you remake my order since I am taking it in and out of the heat,she said yes even though she argued with me the entire time that the sandwich was correct even though it wasnt,she remade the one but then refused to remake the order,saying if it had ingredients that weren't suppose to be on it we should have just picked them off and ate it!! It was an older woman,I have never been treated bad at this subway,I am also an older woman who has trouble walking i am not going to purposely say something is wrong with an order so I have to go back to the sub shop twice,I asked for the owners name and she said I am not giving it to you and he won't believe you anyway!!

Jason was very nice and friendly. They have fun Halloween decor and just a very nice atmosphere.
I ordered a blt footlong for pickup. My bacon wasn't cooked(yes it's precooked but is needed to be cooked in microwave if it's not toasted). Also I asked for extra jalapeños and banana peppers with I didn't get. The tomatoes are so small they are the throw away pieces. I'm so frustrated with this location when I order online for pickup it's never correct.

They have childish staff here that don’t pay attention to orders and don’t really care about the costumers, the owner reached out to me and he didn’t really make it right so I had to leave this 1 star review, sorry Hemant but you need better staff and better responses ect when it comes to a bad experience at your franchise, best of luck.
