Tried to sign my hs student up for a summer class. Got approval was told we were good to go. Come registration she has a hold because no one told her she needed a form filled out. Sent the form back only for them to wait 25 min so the class was full. Never once did they apologize for their mess up. Refused to help even though they told me they could see the emails approving her for the class. Now they still refuse to take off the hold. We were lied to and got the run around. Don’t bother calling either unless you like to call 5 or 6 times and sit on hold. Joke of a school

Waubonsee has plenty of supporting group to help students succeed. Most of the instructors/professors are very helpful to struggling students like me. I love Waubonsee Community College, Sugar Grove campus. I just wished I don't have to take TEAS Exam for nursing program.

They serve Starbucks drinks. The baristas are exceptionally nice! Small selection of pastries though, and there are no tall options for cold drinks. Nice tables and booths, and outdoor seating as well!
This place is worth visiting. They serve big portions for fair rates. Regularly well organized and with excellent ambience. Highly recommended.
