Some people can be rude. Recently saw a lady on her phone that was complaining about the staff right in front of them when they were clearly with another customer. Talk about Miss Self Centered lmao. Girl it's McDonald's. It's not that deep. Staffs friendly and I've never had an issue with my order. Just like in every place, sometimes you have to have some patience. They're teenagers after all. No one's perfect.
The associate that took our order was rude yesterday. However When Noah works though he ALWAYS has a smile on his face and make Ilya glad you chose McDonald's

Inside doesn't flow well, staff and kitchen is walled off and if they don't have someone at the register you may have to yell to get there attention. They always fix my order when they mess it up
