Inside doesn't flow well, staff and kitchen is walled off and if they don't have someone at the register you may have to yell to get there attention. They always fix my order when they mess it up
I am always absolutely blown away by this location. I’m here twice a week in the morning and have never had anything but PHENOMENAL service. All the staff are kind and helpful. It’s always kept extremely clean. There is such beautiful diversity as well among staff. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences in this Sullivan, IL McDonalds. I don’t know who owns this directly, but these people deserve a raise and an award for the restaurant. I love this place!!!
Service is friendly and nice! Also with people complaining about it taking forever and having to pull forward for drinks such as frappes, smoothies, etc..coming from someone who has experience working at a McDonalds, usually that occurs because the product needs restocked, and sometimes it takes several minutes to get it going! So please, just be patient, or leave. Any worker out there hates when people are rude over something THEY CAN NOT CONTROL! Anyways, in my opinion, this...
