I was extremely satisfied with my meal. At first I thought it was a little pricey until I saw the portion size. I could barely finish my meal. The brisket was absolutely delicious. I will certainly be back. The staff was amazing and I love the environment.

Especially the banana pudding. 10 stars ⭐️ most of all the owners were all around awesome people. We got to hear their story and it’s a good one. Support them because they deserve it!

Hidden gem in Sullivan. I was working in town, and was really hungry. Went with the pulled pork (comes with two sides.) The sandwich was very filling. Great portion size. Tender pork that melts in your mouth. I’ll be back!
My friend’s Memphis burger was enormous. He couldn’t eat it in one sitting.

I know, all 5 stars seems suspicious, but believe me this place is amazing. We had the smoked bologna sandwich and pulled pork nachos. The nachos alone would have been enough for the two of us. Great pulled pork and great smoked bologna.

The 1/2 rack of ribs is Awesomesauce. Collard greens and okra, the best I've ever eaten. Will definitely go again. Sweet tea is served in Mason jars that you keep...priceless
Stopped in during a trip up here for the weekend - a name caught my eye like no other. Being from Memphis, I knew I had to try this place out for myself. Gotta say, I was blown away. Service was fast and polite, food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere was nice and clean. Absolutely LOVED my visit here, felt like I was back home for a moment.

My wife and I went for lunch and WOW what a pleasant surprise. I ordered the Memphis BBQ sandwich which comes with two sides. My sides were coleslaw and potato salad. My wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich with two sides which were baked beans and coleslaw. This was the best BBQ sandwich I have had in years and even out does Memphis Tn BBQ joints. I don’t know how Sullivan got so lucky to get this place but hopefully they will support it so that it can survive. They are only open Thursday Friday and Saturday so give them a try, trust me you will not be disappointed.

Phenomenal Ribs!!! Light smoke, meaty, and moist. Sauce on the side. Perfect! The sides were delicious as well. I had mac n’ cheese and slaw. I’m looking forward to trying their burnt ends. Definitely, one of the better barbecue restaurants in central Illinois. Nice owners.
Absolutely fantastic food choices to choose from. Dropped in before a "Little Theatre" performance. Kinda small but really awesome BBQ items and fixin's! More than makes up for the small eating area so take-out is available as well! Even have some fine tasting desserts!!
