Monical's was always my go to place when I lived in the area and was always the first place I ate when I came back for visits...not anymore. The last pizza I got this week I cannot even describe. Hardly any toppings, maybe a tablespoon of sauce and the bottom of the crust was so gray and hard that when they attempted to cut it all it did was shatter like a broken mirror. Never seen anything like it.
Nothing! Terrible customer service. Manager did NOT care about our opinions of the staff
