1/26 - stopped in on the way to a HS basketball game so was fairly early on a weeknight, only one other customer in the place. Waited on immediately, pizza on the table in about 15min, some wait on the check as server became busier as it got later. Overall, a typical Monical's

Made a delivery order tonight the delivery driver drove by the house 3 times called store twice finally get here pizza is cold and didn’t have everything for the order seems to always be something wrong when we order

Ordered some food to go. The pizzas were put in bags covered with foil so almost all the toppings stuck to the foil when we opened them. The staff seemed put out that I wanted to order food. One lady with a mask was vacuuming the front making it hard to hear the cashier. Staff told me the order would be ready in 20 minutes but took closer to 30. While waiting for the food, the employees were talking loudly at the counter.

My breadsticks were tough, and thinner than what others had that were dining with me. The ones others had had melted butter on the them and were not tough.

Im very disappointed with my pizza. I was burnt and it was not made to order. It was supposed to have point pizza sauce on it. It barely had any sauce on it. 😟👎

The customer service was horrible. We didnt get asked for refills, as soon as our food got delivered we didn't see our waitress anymore after that. I had to get our own to go boxes and go uo to the register to ask for pur check. I would understand if they were busy but it was us ans 1 other table.

JUST LEFT THERE !🤦😡Had to find the waitress to give her order 😂then ask her for our drinks 😡 the girl at register was no help they both acted like they were on something to bad because it is a very nice restaurant 6-21-25 need to find good help
