The customer service was horrible. We didnt get asked for refills, as soon as our food got delivered we didn't see our waitress anymore after that. I had to get our own to go boxes and go uo to the register to ask for pur check. I would understand if they were busy but it was us ans 1 other table.

This place used to be good, now it's regularly BAD!
I've tried so many times to communicate to the manager the issues they have and it may be ok 1 time but it won't be the next! The manager herself said she didn't understand how to read the tickets for toppings after they got my pizza wrong, exact words were "I don't know, I'll have to take this ticket home and study it" because it's so confusing! This was after gaslighting me about what the ticket said when I have my own copy and telling me it couldn't be wrong because their "best pizza maker made it", unbelievable!
There was no, "I'm sorry for the mistake, we will strive to do better next time" with any of my calls. I only called because I know pizza here can be so good and I didn't want to lose this place as an option.
If I hear there is new management, I may try again, but this place has gone downhill since probably 2021.
Here's some of the problems I've had: 1) Wrong toppings on wrong sides of pizza (so many times) 2) Raw pizza dough in center 3) Can't order garlic on pizza due to insane amount put on it (coming from someone that always gets extra garlic) 4) Delivery times crazy, over an hour 5) Crust so hard that they couldn't and didn't cut all the way thru it 6) Missing items from order (like dressing) 7) Salads made differently every time they're ordered (they've since removed most salad options)
Also the pizza is entirely too expensive to be dealing with any of these problems, a large half one topping and half 4 topping is $30 before tax. Where is that money going?? Hire good help! Used to order every other week, now it's been maybe once every month or 2 trying to see if they will work thru these issues. I'm done now, sorry for the rant but I have strong feelings here and have been trying for so long not to do this.

Always great t pizza and breadsticks. Been a stapke for over 40yrs!!!
Took calling 4 times before they would answer and not just pick up and set back down to disconnect. When finally getting thru was told that the door would be locked at 10 pm and I MUST be there before. I said no problem only to find the door locked at 9:48pm. A customer coming out finally let me in while workers looked out the window at me only to do nothing not realizing I called an order in. Told girl waiting on me that I wanted to talk to a manager. Told assistant manager Dawn I did not appreciate the way I was treated all while still in the timeline of being open. If you chose not to have customers after 9:30pm please change all your signage and websites. Pizza usually excellent, this time and probably the only time I experienced a no taste, bland pizza because of a hurry and get out of here work crew in Sullivan Illinois! Will try something else for dining while visiting Sullivan next time.

Although the pizza was acceptable, the lack of competent wait staff made for an undeniable experience. Management does not seem to grasp how to staff this restaurant appropriately with trained staff. It took us several worts to get a server to wait on us then almost as long to ask for a bill so we could leave. If you really want pizza get carry out

Although the pizza was acceptable, the lack of competent wait staff made for an undeniable experience. Management does not seem to grasp how to staff this restaurant appropriately with trained staff. It took us several worts to get a server to wait on us then almost as long to ask for a bill so we could leave. If you really want pizza get carry out

Terrible food. The spaghetti reminded us of Franco American or Chef Bour R D. They first brought it without the meatballs and when corrected brought 3 small meatballs that were not very good. We left most of it despite being very hungry. The breadsticks were worse than the spaghetti.
