Ordered two cheefs with French fries and a double dough pizza with Italian sausage onion green pepper and tomato. Everything was excellent. It is difficult to get good IB in central Illinois. Best choices are here and Portillos in Springfield. This restaurant is 33 miles each way from my house. I asked them to not cut the pizza and to separate the fries from the IBs because of the 45 minute drive. They complied and everything was perfect. On one visit here they did burn one of my pizzas black and it was not edible. I don't want to have to check my food everytime I use carryout from anywhere.

We walked in with 5 children and were told to go ahead and sit down and we would be waited on shortly. We took a booth and the children sat in an adjacent booth. The children are all old enough to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully. When the female waiter came, she told us to sit at a table next to our booths. We told her we preferred to sit in booths. She said we were really making it inconvenient for her. She then looked at me and said “I don’t know if you ever waited tables.” Not that it is even relevant or any of her business, I have waited many, many tables in my 73 years. I am the children’s’ great grandmother. The female waiter made us feel like we weren’t wanted in the restaurant. She was very unfriendly. My husband, also 73, suggested we leave. We left and went to Monical’s. We were greeted and asked where we would like to sit. We sat in two adjoining booths and had a lovely experience. Our female waiter was very sweet and accommodating. We left her a substantial tip in appreciation. We absolutely will return Monicals. The female waiter at Rossetti’s needs more training in customer service and treating people with respect. We were very disappointed in her bad attitude towards us.

Deep dish Chicago pizza was amazing. It takes about half an hour to prepare but well worth the wait. My wife got the gluten free pizza and it was amazing too. This place is located beside a gas station / liquor store. After eating our wonderful pizza we got a brief Chicago history tour of the restaurant explaining the pictures on the wall. That added to the atmosphere.
Dietary restrictions: They had a gluten free crust so my wife was able to try their pizza. It was wonderful and she loved it. ?

Rosati's has great food. I haven't eaten there, but their dining area looks great. It's got sports on the TV, music,etc. I highly recommend trying their food.

Food was excellent there was a good variety on the menu we had to wait briefly but not long for a seat which is fine atmosphere was lovely and quiet and all this taken in given it was inside of a gas station which is fine so good job rosati's I will eat there again when in the area.
