Went thru the drive thru, got a ham and turkey sub was told you were out of ham, so I ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce tomato black olives mayo and light mayo, I got a sandwich FULL of mustard, no lettuce at all, it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen.. tried to call before 9 and no one would answer the phone, will not return
Ordered footlongs on flat bread got regular bread instead ordered lettuce pickles banana peppers extra Chipotle sauce didn't get any of these no pepper jack cheese that was supposed to come with it

I never like to leave a negative review based off of one experience, so this review is based off of several visits at this location. Food is always 10/10 and the restaurant is clean and inviting. Unfortunately, service here just isn’t up to par, each time I’ve visited every person working has a bad attitude, doesn’t greet you, no friendliness, no please or thank you, and is generally very nonchalant
