This place will lie to its customers. I was going to buy a drink so I could get some change and the lady told me they don't have quarters. So not only did I not buy the drink I will never eat at this subway again because I don't tolerate liers.

I dont know the girl's name, but she looked like she did not what to be there at all. She had no customer service attributes and only kept her responses for crafting our sandwiches to two words. She had 2 stitch pins on the left side of her visor, and she was the one that started our sandwiches. The other two employees greeted us with smiles, while she sat and glared at us when we walked to the counter to start ordering.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and then my husband asked for a cup for water. As I’m starting to pay, the girl is giving him a cup. The bill was over $20 (we both had 6”). So I’m asking him why it’s so much and as we are looking at the menu, the girl said, “I have you a cup.” We’re obviously confused so my husband said, “I just wanted a little cup of water.” She said, “Well, I gave you a big one.” I was so taken aback I wasn’t on point, where I would’ve given the cup back and asked for a refund. So $3.19 for a large cup (for water) we didn’t ask for, by a service worker with a 5hitty attitude. Between customers she was playing on her phone, then not washing her hands. We’ll never go back there. Just a fare warning to not expect normal service, check your bags and bill before paying. Sorry Subway! We normally have good experiences with your brand.

Went thru the drive thru, got a ham and turkey sub was told you were out of ham, so I ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce tomato black olives mayo and light mayo, I got a sandwich FULL of mustard, no lettuce at all, it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen.. tried to call before 9 and no one would answer the phone, will not return

Ordered footlongs on flat bread got regular bread instead ordered lettuce pickles banana peppers extra Chipotle sauce didn't get any of these no pepper jack cheese that was supposed to come with it
