Sweet Vail Café

I'm all for supporting local and I will continue to support them, but their coffee leaves much to be desired for.... I went through drive through and ordered my drink that was on their special list... their pecan pie chai, and got a latte that tastes watered down with no chai in it??... I realized it after I got to my destination so it wasn't like I could turn around. This is about the 6th time trying a coffee from here and being so disappointed...they taste so watered down. Their lotus are fantastic and their food is good. The staff is always nice and courteous, the place is always clean. Just wish the coffee was better😢

We have ordered special ordered sugar cookies from here for multiple different occasions; Babyshower, birthday parties and bachelorette trips. The cookies are always beautiful and delicious! The staff are always beyond kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend 🩷

Absolutely incredible, fresh, tasty food and drinks! The Dirty Chai Tea is the best I’ve ever had!! So so good!! Super cozy atmosphere!

I have waited a while to post, but have not been back since my last experience. I ordered a drink I had been regularly getting until one day when the girl at the window tells me they have never had that drink (even though I had just ordered it the day before). The owner came out and acted like I was wasting her time and she had no clue what I was talking about even though the drink in question had been advertised on their fb page. She did make me a new drink herself but it was not good and she just shrugged her shoulders. Got home and my breakfast sandwich had mold on the egg and the sausage was pink in the middle.

I was not impressed. I have been in here a few times and each time my drink is so beyond watered down every time I get it. I went in today and the wait to order didn’t take long she was quick about getting the order in and all I ordered was a drink. I had a few people in front of me and a few people behind me all the people ordered food and a drink. Everyone in front of me got food and drink and then everyone behind me got their food and drink while I still was waiting on my one drink. I sat there and saw the girl making my drink for 20 mins while she made concoctions to use for my Party Popper Lotus drink and poured some out into a small throw away cup and had to try each concoction before she would pour it into the cup overfilled with just ice. I was in there for 25-30 mins before I got that drink and right when I got it I told her thank you and left. As soon as I got in my car about 30 seconds later I tried it and it was beyond watered down. I paid $7 for a drink that took 25-30 mins and it was completely watered down. Extremely disappointing. I am young so it’s not normal for me to complain about something most generally I will move along with my day but this happens every single time and it’s just aggravating.
