These folk can't put stuff in a bag. If its more than 4 items your practically guaranteed to miss something. Either that or they plan to come back, but dont say a word after giving you a bag. It's a one step that seems like an easy fix, fire one and the rest will stop doing this

Without a doubt, THE absolute worst Burger King in the Chicagoland area. Everytime I try to order the Impossible whopper they tell me they're out and leave me to get a refund through the app on my own merits and time. This has happened a handful of times over a span of a few months. Almost seems like the night manager doesn't want to make them for some reason? He is also very rude and unprofessional and could never care less. I will never return to this location

This is the only burger king that makes me sick. Gave them a second chance got diarrhea both times so did my coworker. Last time I went there was also a dope head nodding off in there. Workers didn't seem to care much and let him nod off by the soda machine. Never going back.
I went inside to recover a item they missed in my last order. The manager was very pleasant, polite and patient. They were unstaffed like every where. So she asked everyone to please be patient she will fill their orders. This store is pretty good except for this time. I will return because the crew & management is always polite and courteous
