This is by far the worst Dunkin on the planet. The coffee and espresso is always OLD & BURNT and disgusting. They screw up my order every single time and if you get anything with ice you'll be paying for 20% coffee 80% ice. This place disgraces Dunkin's everywhere once a year for 9 years I try this one again because it's close to work. Every single time it's a disappointment just shut it down already look at the reviews. This Dunkin is straight TRASH!

I always have to check my bag before I leave and sure enough today was another day where they mess up my order. I had to pull forward and wait about 5 mins and I was the only person in the drive thru not only that my chicken wrap was solid cold in the middle I only go here because it’s convenient to me but I don’t think I’ll be going here anymore. I rather drive the extra minutes to a different location 0/10

This place is garbage! Every time I go they get my order wrong. I only buy an ice latte and they get it wrong all the time!!! It tastes like burn coffee and no milk. They literally pour the burn coffee on top of ice. I ask for Carmel and you can’t even tasted. Give people want they want and what they pay for!!!

They sell the refill cups, but then tell you they don't honor the deal. What is the purpose of selling the cups if you aren't going to have onor the deal. When you have the refill cups you're only supposed to be charged for a small coffee. The shops that don't honor this, shouldn't sell the cups. Definitely won't be returning to this location
People are not ordering cups of ice with a little bit of coffee. I got nothing but ice, barely took a few sips. We are not paying money for ice.

Every time I go in the morning or around 3am when I’m off of work, I get attitude from the person attending me. I just order hash browns or loaded hash browns. When I get them they are either too soggy or they drench the hash browns with cheese. I go when they aren’t busy to see if I will get a different experience. But it’s always the same
