I always have to check my bag before I leave and sure enough today was another day where they mess up my order. I had to pull forward and wait about 5 mins and I was the only person in the drive thru not only that my chicken wrap was solid cold in the middle I only go here because it’s convenient to me but I don’t think I’ll be going here anymore. I rather drive the extra minutes to a different location 0/10

This place is garbage! Every time I go they get my order wrong. I only buy an ice latte and they get it wrong all the time!!! It tastes like burn coffee and no milk. They literally pour the burn coffee on top of ice. I ask for Carmel and you can’t even tasted. Give people want they want and what they pay for!!!

They sell the refill cups, but then tell you they don't honor the deal. What is the purpose of selling the cups if you aren't going to have onor the deal. When you have the refill cups you're only supposed to be charged for a small coffee. The shops that don't honor this, shouldn't sell the cups. Definitely won't be returning to this location

Every time I go in the morning or around 3am when I’m off of work, I get attitude from the person attending me. I just order hash browns or loaded hash browns. When I get them they are either too soggy or they drench the hash browns with cheese. I go when they aren’t busy to see if I will get a different experience. But it’s always the same

Just swung by this Dunkin', and I got to say, the vibe was on point. The manager and crew were nice and friendly. coming back.....
Had a coupon for $1.79 that was expiring that day. I ordered a large ice coffee with no ice. I gave them the coupon and had my $2 ready. Girl said $3.08 I told her I had a coupon and my bill should be $1.98. She then proceded to tell me (with attitude)that I ordered no ice and that would be a extra charge. A frickin $1 extra for no ice.. I told her I didnt want it and to give me my coupon back. With attitude she said she threw it out. I stayed there until I got it back. When I drove away I was called miserable person. Really ?? Your the one with false advertisement charging $1 extra . I went to the Dunkin at 56th and Harlem and my order was filled no problem. I had no problem giving them and extra $1 tip.
I ordered a dozen donuts and I asked for some Boston. Cremes and blueberry glazed. They gave me everything except what I wanted

Horrible, horrible, horrible. IT IS SO BAD THAT IVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW ON ANY PLACE UNTIL NOW. holy moly is this place bad. Go down the street to the other dunkin. I ordered 2 refresher they both were watered down, with no flavoring added to it. It tasted like iced tea flavored water and looked like it too. And telling from other review that previous employees put in I think they actually watered it down in the handwashing station.

This is the only store that actually makes the coffee taste like it's supposed to taste I went to many dunkin stores in my life and as many can agree with me the coffee don't taste the same but this dunkin trust me everytime u will get the same tasty coffee plus the staff is very friendly well the morning people are not sure about another shift
