My husband and I decided to try a new place near our MDW neighborhood and we stopped into here around 7ish for dinner. We had the taco dinner and tried the cucumber and watermelon margaritas! The service was great! We tried the chicharron tacos and they are 10/10. The margaritas were so fresh and good you can tell their house tequila choice is great! We will be back!!

Came in for happy hour taco Tuesday a little after 6. The shrimp taco dinner was 10/10– fresh ingredients, juicy, big & flavorful shrimp, generous portions of rice & beans, & the red salsa was delicious & spicy. I usually ask for fresh lime at other places when I get shrimp tacos but no additions were needed with the el famous recipe. Sopped up the leftover juices with my tortilla, it was so good!
Also had cucumber & watermelon margaritas; watermelon was my fave if I had to pick but a great happy hour deal no matter your flavor preference! Definitely worth a visit.
Parking: Found a spot right out front of the restaurant for free after 6pm

After my first visit here, I left thoroughly impressed. The ample seating options and prompt attention from the warm, welcoming hosts set the tone for a delightful experience. Whether you choose the cozy taco joint benches or the high-top bar area, you're in for a treat.
The real stars of the evening were the tacos de tripa y los de al pastor, both bursting with authentic flavor. The sides I ordered were equally satisfying, making it clear that every detail here is crafted with care. Usually, I limit myself to two cocktails, but the happy hour specials were too tempting to resist. The Pepino and Watermelon margaritas were a highlight-refreshingly fruity with a chamoy rim that added the perfect touch of flavor.
Whether you're in for a quick lunch or a few casual drinks, I highly recommend this spot. It's a gem worth discovering.
Parking: Parking was no issue at all. This is huge as we all know how difficult parking can be in some areas.
